Why in the world....
... is my son waking up early now!!!
![]() He used to be a good sleeper since about 4 months old. He'd sleep till 8AM minimum. Now this past week, he's been waking at 6:45, 7:00 and just this past Sunday it was 6:15!! ![]() Is it just a phase or am I doomed to have a rooster boy? ![]() ps... He's just about 9 months old and also going through a lot right now... crawling, just learned to get up by himself to stand, and his first tooth!!!! Will he ever go back? |

Emily did the same thing when she started learning to crawl. Now that she's walking, she's started waking at 6:30/7, when she used to sleep til 8.
I also think it's because it gets light here SO darn early. Since Indiana isn't on DST, it is light outside by 5am. ![]() |

Isaiah has been waking up at 5:30 am. I REALLY hope this changes once the days get shorter again. |

Josiah did that. He got over it, luckily and sleeps until 8am-ish again. Phew.

Jason used to wake up at 5:30am every day. Only recently did he start sleeping in until 7am sometimes. It's still not unusual for him to wake up at 6:15am. I would love it if he would sleep until 8!!
