Moms of long haired girls...

What do you do with your girls' hair overnight? Do you just let it go where it goes, or do you put it up with something?

The reason I ask is because Lexie's hair is getting pretty long and when I check on her before bed, it's all stuck in her neck from tossing and turning. Plus, she's a big drooler, so it gets wet too!

Any suggestions?

Caroline's hair just does what it does for night time, mainly because I'd be afraid of her pulling the "accessory" out of her hair and possibly choking on it or whatever. Just means that we have our daily morning struggles of getting the knots out!

Jillian will become famous soon enough
Janelle's hair isn't that long yet, but we just let it do what it wants at night and take a bath every morning.

if I already have devan's hair in braids I keep them in, otherwise I just brush it out in the morning, I have some spray stuff from loreal(sp) that is a detangler which works really well

I just leave Ellie's hair down at night. I have a detangling spray from Walmart. It's their Equate brand. I spray her hair with that in the morning and it makes combing it out much easier.

Hilary is a name known to all
I leave Madelynn's hair down at night. It doesn't get too tangled, but I think that's because it's so straight.

Alyssa's hair isn't to long but I too just leave it down. I also have Johnson's and Johnsons No tears detangler that I use in the morning on it. She loves it.Every time I go to brush her hair she says she needs her "spray"

Thanks girls!

I'm definitely going to have to invest in some detangler!

Katie's hair usually forms dreadlocks overnight, and sometimes I brush them out, and sometimes they stay. But detangler saves us when I brush them out. She wouldn't have any hair left if I didn't use it!

I let Morgan's hair "run rampant" at night! I'll take a picture in a minute when she wakes up!

Walmart has a children's detangler that works well, so does Suave (and it's in a bright green bottle and smells good.)
