2 year molars

I have some questions regarding these stupid teeth. I'm pretty sure Brendan is cutting these teeth (I cannot see them yet, but all the signs are there) anyway, on top of all of the other tell tale signs he has been waking up in the night at times crying, and having a fever. He has no other signs of beign sick otherwise, and once I give him some pain reliever, he is okay. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced fevers dealing with these teeth. Sunday night it was around 101, Monday night nothing at all (peaceful sleep) and last night it got up to 102.5, but this morning is fine with no fever and is pleasant. He has tubes in his ears so I know his ears are okay and his appetite is the same and such. I'm assuming its just these teeth but was looking for some others experiences to see if I'm off target or not. Sorry for all of the ramblings, thanks in advance.

No, no fever here, but it's definitely something that a lot of kids have and we have had fevers with other teeth.

Elisete is an unknown quantity
Yes, Teddy got a fever when he was cutting his. It didn't get much higher than 101.5ish. He had a tough time though! He was in a lot of pain, he would bang his head on the floor, bite things, bite his hand, just scream and cry for long periods at a time saying "mouth! hurt!" Popcicles seem to help and Motrin too. Hang in there! I know how hard it is on you.

Brooke is a jewel in the rough
Rebekah never gets fevers while teething but it's not uncommon. Just keep an eye on it and give him Motrin for it. We give Rebekah Motrin every night before bed because if we don't she wakes up because her teeth are hurting. She's also been chewing on her hand constantly.

I just wanted to add my .02 . Dylan always got an EI when he was teething due to the extra fluids and such. Dylan got tubes put in almost a month ago. He now has an EI in one ear. His ears were fine after the tubes until now.
