I finished work early today! And I'm off this weekend.
Nathaniel has his 1st violin lesson today at 5:45pm!
Zachary has his PT eval tomorrow at 8:30am
Nathaniel has Hebrew School from 9-11 tomorrow. Jessica has ballet. Then all 3 kids get flu shots.
Tomorrow night we have a "family playdate" with some friends.
Saturday we will suffer through a family birthday party (Tom's niece). Tom's family has been SO crazy recently.

I had my interview at Regis this morning and I think I nailed it. I'll find out next week. Tomorrow is Joe's birthday party. Sunday we are going to go roller skating. Another thrilling weekend.

Not much going on around here (TG!) the last couple days were stressful ..yesterday was Cass's college graduation

it was a very looooong day..so long I slept most of today

I'm going to work tonight and they asked me to go in tomorrow

yeah, like that's going to happen

I do want to go see A Christmas Carol this weekend so I might do that Sunday..we'll see.. tonight(before I leave for work) Paige and I are going to watch Charlie Brown Christmas( her idea) and pretty much veg on the couch

YAY to Cass! how exciting for her and you!

Well it's Saturday morning here, we are no longer going to the hospital this morning as we stopped in after school yesterday instead, the school had given her a principal's award at assembly yesterday afternoon so I decided to go drop it in to hopefully cheer up her day, it didn't do what I had hoped, she is just really down in the dumps at the moment

Anyway, so that frees up my morning! I might just get the boys to help me clean up and nag Tony to mow the lawn which is borderline embarrassing at the moment.

We are also now having friends over tonight for drinks and games, we are also going to be watching zombieland. The guys are big zombie freaks so they have been waiting for this latest movie, the previews look pretty good so I am sure it won't be too bad.

Ok well plans changed again, miss princess from the hospital has perked up this morning and decided she wants a visit from the boys, so we are now going to head off and do that.

I am sure I can still throw in the nagging to get the lawn done

Thanks, the days are few and far between, she has started to lose her hair from chemo too so that is really bringing her down.

It's so unfair!

Oh well, we have to stay positive and be happy for her.

I applied for another position (CMA Analyst) about two weeks ago. I didn't think I would be considered because I don't have my AA. I got a phone call today from the hiring manager; she wants to interview me!! We are trying to set it up for next week but she is having problems finding a conference room that is available!

Alyssa, I enjoyed that book -- though I had to get about halfway through before I knew for sure that I liked it.

Tonight was to be "movie under the stars" at school, but we scratched that because the kids were having so much fun playing with their neighborhood friends that we stayed out til dark, ate eggs and bacon for dinner and are watching something from Netflix (Gordy --I can't imagine it'll be award winning!) instead. The kids were a bit bummed, but a promise of ice cream sandwiches perked them up.

Tomorrow, Scott and Connor are collecting canned goods with the Scouts. We have a worker coming to (please!) finish the renovation of our built-in. Tomorrow afternoon I'm going to try to take pictures of my sister's familly for their holiday cards.

Sunday, Brendan is singing at his preschool church and nothing else, though Scott won't be home. Maybe we'll visit my parents.

she just started another course this year, she graduated from her other program ( late I might add, usually grad is in June but they have a co op program that ran during the summer so if you didn't finish that course then you don't graduate so they waited till the fall to see who would be graduating)
I'm worried that it's going to be super crazy this weekend too what with H1N1 they are not suggesting hanging near crowds so yeah, I might wait till during the week too..bummer..I reeeally want to see this movie..

Our original weekend plans were to have my step-brothers 3yo daughter for a sleepover tonight but he was sick last weekend and his wife got sick Wednesday - and we're talking, taking 3 days off work and being in bed sick - so I called them yesterday to say that I couldn't have her over. I feel bad but Simmi (her mom) said that she might not even feel well enough to go out Sat. night anyway. Hanna is disappointed because she LOVES Jasmine.

So, today I'm taking Hanna out shopping with me and I'm going to buy myself a purse that I saw in a store back in the summer that I couldn't justify buying because of the price but since I'm getting a regular paycheque now, I'm buying it! (I really want a new car and since that's much more expensive, I'm compromising

) I also have to go to Michael's and buy a cookie stick to start working on the Thomas the Train face for the cake I'm making in Dec. Then we're having friends over for dinner tonight (have no idea what to make so I'll have to shop at some point too). Tomorrow we're going to a friends house for dinner and bringing them their wedding present - a flat screen tv - that we haven't been able to deliver to them yet as she lives in Germany and had to go "home" for an award last month. They promised us lobster -- I wonder if that's still happening?!

Ed just took Christopher and Patrick to hockey and will be gone for pretty much the whole day. My Mom and I are taking Nathan to the circus this morning at 11:00. Then the all of the boys are going to get their H1N1 vaccines at 3:00. We will go to mass at 5:00 and then I will collapse for the evening. Just another typical Saturday in our household.

Hmm, My sister's MIL is a Malchow by birth. She's cute!

Everyone's haveing a busy day. Graham and I did some birthday and Christmas and grocery shoppping this morning while Patrick took Mason to his practice. Then he'll have Graham this afternoon while I take Mason to the "Select 7" hockey tryouts.

Then I guess I'm going with Patrick to his high school renunion tonight. I wasn't aware I'd be attending but I guess my cousin (whom I've met twice) was there and said to Patrick I should go.
