I've have seen people mention that they take robutssin, I think it's to increase the CM, is this correct??? When should you start taking it and for how long??

I never needed to worry about CM with my last three pregnancies, I am charting at the moment just for reference until DH gets home in Dec when we will actively be TTC. I don't appear to be producing alot of CM especially the EWCM so any ideas would be helpful.

If I remember correctly, it is supposed to thin the CM to make it more conducive to swimmers... :dunno:

 it doesn't make you produce more CM, it thins out the CM you already have.

Let me tell you, I don't get much EWCM but I tried Extra Strength Chest Congestion Robi and I got GREAT GOBS of the stuff. I highly recommend it. I was taking it twice a day from the end of AF until day 14 or so because I don't know when or if I am Oing.

Thanks everyone, I thought if it helped I would take some samples from work. I might try some anyway and experiment. I mean I have a whole 4 months before we start TTC again

I took evening primrose oil to create MORE CM. Worked like a charm.
Green Tea and grapefruit juice is suppose to do the same, but didn't for me.

Robitussin only thins out what you already have.

I tried the Robi thing for awhile but couldn't handle the taste. I stuck with green tea after that. I'd make a quart in the PM and just spend the day drinking it!

I love Green Tea.... especially the Mint flavored.

I forgot to add that it's just plain old robitussin.. make sure you get the version without any letters behind it, or you're likely going to get some additive that's going to dry you out worse.
