Mistakes advice

Wasn't sure what to title this thread.

For those of you CDing moms out there with some experience - could you share some of the biggest mistakes you've made/biggest lessons you've learned while CDing? I'm totally new at this and would like to succeed, especially since my husband is very skeptical about the whole thing!

LOL...my biggest mistake is buying too many of one type of diaper (motherease). Once Bran was born, I learned I didn't like them as much as I thought, so I had to buy other CD's so I had ones I liked. Now, if I would have bought a few of a lot of different kinds, I would have been better off...

My biggest mistakes were not researching diapers before buying and buying on e-bay (ok, e-bay isn't all bad, but it's definately buyer beware!). I'm sure you can get a lot of great stuff either way, but I've ended up with some crappy junk through these two things. Other than that I've been pretty happy :)

Yep - I agree on the eBay thing.... I got some good deals and got hosed on others.

hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm... must think. off the top of my head I can't think of any. i only bought 12 fuzzi bunz thinking it would be a mistake, that i could always buy more, but i found it was fine. and 12 months later we're still happily using them.

i guess the one mistake i made was to assume a CPF would be a good night time stuffer for fuzzi bunz. wrong. I used two hemparoos and they work great at night.
