Coudn't figure out how to say that. I'm wondering why some diapers look huge on babies and other diapers are more slender. Is it the ones that fit forever that are so big at first? Just wondering. I really like the more slender look.

Couple of different reasons - the All-in-One styles can be a little bulkier but it all depends on what they are made with. Diapers made of hemp, for example, tend to stay thinner because the hemp holds so much. Diapers made of cotton or flannel have to be bulkier to hold the same amount (or less in some cases!) than hemp so they tend to be bulkier.

I find that when Charlie is at the small end of the size range, the diaper looks bulkier than now when he is 60-70% of the way through the weight range.

Brandi ~ I found that prefolds tend to look the biggest, whereas pockets tend to look the slimmest. And if you want a one-size diaper, it's going to look huge on a newborn, so that there's enough there to fit a toddler.

I always liked the thinner look, too, which was why I relied heavily on Bizzy B Hive AIOs. They have a nice slim fit, but are still very absorbant. There are other, similar AIOs (Righteous Baby makes nice ones, for example), but I used mostly BBH diapers, so they're what I'm most familiar with. HTH!
