Former UB Buddy Joanne (NJCG) had her baby!!

I thought you gals might be interested to know that Joanne had her baby on December 17th! She had a baby girl named Andrea on Dec 19th at 6:59am weighing in at 7lb8oz!

Her birth story started off a tad scary with the stomach flu on the 17th and a seizure overnight that put her in the hospital and then they decided to induce early (she was 37 wks) rather than wait until the 29th of December as planned but the thought is that the seizure was caused by an electrolyte imbalance and not eclampsia. So a scary start to her labour but great results!

Thanks!! It is so strange to think about how long I have kept up with some people even though I dont "know" them. I am so glad that she has her little girl!

Thanks for telling us Jennie! What a scary ending, though. Bless her heart. Didn't she have eclampsia with her first as well?
