Rebekah actually went down! It was 214 in 2002 and it was 220 in 2003.
Rebecca went down, too. 55 to 64

My next girls name went up. :( 93 to 88 (Jocelyn)
And our boy name - Zachary - went from 19 to 20. I gotta get DH away from that!

:woo: Neither of the girls are on that list. Good thing we didn't have a boy, Jacob was the name we had picked out.

Alexis #7
Benjamin on the rise to #25

My name doesn't even make the top 1000 ! :owow:

It's funny though... I haven't heard of any other Alexis' near us... ie all of daycare, our development, relatives, friends, where as I HAVE heard of plenty of Benjamins.

Sarah is #12 , but was #5 the year she was born. Nathaniel is #65 and was 71 the year he was born.

My name is currently #120, although I know a gagillion Amy's in their 30's

Hmm...by the look of this, Aidan is less popular than on some other lists which had it as #2 or so. Here it's 39. (Still far more popular than when we picked it - it was #115. I should have known, since it was #169 just the year before that.)

Colin is still relatively reasonable at #89. But it was up from #116 and into the top 100 for the first time...

My two favorite names, Charlotte and Jared, aren't in the top 100, thankfully! :awink: In fact, Jared has gone down, from #82 in 2002 to #107 in 2003.

Unfortunately, DH hates it so it looks like I won't be muscling in on it  Hope it keeps dropping in popularity for you.

As for Charlotte... well, looking at our two beautiful little Aussie Charlottes, I can see why you would like it! It's a really lovely name in it's own right, and now that I associate it with those two cuties, I like it all the more :)

Kim, I LOVE the name Gianna! I once dated an Italian, and his name is Nino, brother and dad are Rocco, and cousin is Giovanni (girl). They called her Gio for short. I loved that! Gianna is so cute!

Frances was 580th - only 476 babies named last year. That's up from 582nd in 2002 but it's been steadily declinining since it was 315th in 1990.

Joseph is still riding high at #6, same as 2002. It's nevver been lower than 12th since 1990.
