My name is Kim. I am a daughter, I am a sister, I am a friend, I am a wife and I am an aunt but my most important role in life, is that of mother.
This past March I celebrated the second anniversary of my 29th birthday (OK, I know that really makes me 31). In my spare time (yeah right!) I like to read, play on my computer, look through magazines, talk on the phone, watch T.V., shop, and just hang out with my children. I hate doing laundry, I try to avoid doing the dishes, and my idea of mopping is my swiffer (I don’t get down to scrub anything off the floor!). I only vacuum because if I don’t, my infant son will do it for me, only instead of a bag it all goes in his mouth. I also hate chaos so as you can see I have a daily dilemma, to clean or not to clean. My compromise is that my house is generally only surface clean. I would die if anyone ever checked under my couch cushions, behind my refrigerator or swiped a white glove across the tops of my shelves.
<o:p></o:p>
I am a stay at home mom, a job which I have loved for seven years. With the addition of my youngest child less than a year ago, it became apparent that I needed to start contributing to the family budget (and for other reasons I needed to be more self sufficient), so I am now also a full time student. I went back to school almost a year ago to pursue paralegal studies. On top of my full time responsibilities, I baby-sit part time for my nephew (and when schools out for the summer, my niece as well).
<o:p></o:p>
I have four children ages 10 months, five years, seven years, and 33 years (OK, my 33 year old is really my husband but I swear sometimes, well most of the time, he acts just like one of the kids!).
