Family Friendly Companies in Norther VA

Does anyone know of any good companies to work for in Northern VA? My husband and I will be moving in the next 3 weeks to Fairfax. We are hoping to start a family in the next year - so I am trying to find a company that has a good reputation with new mothers. Luckily I am a CPA, so most large companies usually have a position that I can fill. :)
