We are going to Florida in February. I'll be there for work at Disney, then DH and the kids (and my parents) are coming and we'll spend 4 days in Orlando. We are going to go somewhere for 4 days after that...but where is the question. We did something similiar last year and went to Clearwater, but we'd like to so someplace different, but still in relatively close driving distance from Orlando. Ideas???

What about Cocoa Beach? It's about an hour and there are nice beaches and the Space Center!

It may be farther than you want to drive, but I like Palm Beach.

Try New Symrna. It's about 45 mins from Orlando and it's more along the lines of Clearwater. My family live there (as well as clearwater) It will be the nicest area that would be near Orlando. When in February? We rented a 7 bedroom villa from the 7th through the 14th. Also remeber (depending on when your going) is the Daytona 500 is going on on the 15th.

Have you thought about Disney's Vero Beach Resort? I've never been there but I know it's a close drive from Disney.

A Disney cruise would be fun too!

My Dh is from Palm Beach FLA...he says (although I have never been) that its an awesome place for vacationing!
