If after you had IVF, did you experience any severe irritation around your "personal" area within a day or so of the transfer? If you did, did you use something to help it that you could recommend.
(To be sure, I am not asking for myself. :) )

I don't remember any irritation. Is the person in question using progesterone suppositories? I always used progesterone injections with IVF but I think the suppositories could cause a yeast infection.

I am nearly certain she's not but she's very suspectible to UTIs, yeast infections, etc. Her doctor told her to use Astroglide but then she was worried about it being a spermicide, even though she knows it's not/shouldn't matter/her doctor ok'd it. She was just looking for other options so I thought I'd ask y'all.
Hey - just wondering since we're on this topic. How many of you put more than one back in and/or froze others? Is a "c" quality good enough?

I don't I did.
I think we put 3 back in for each IVF we did. We froze any we didn't use if they were of good enough quality to do so. With Amelia's IVF, we put 3 in one of which had been frozen. I don't recall any discussion on letter grades for quality. Since we did ICSI, they were able to get a better look than normal at the quality. The lab person I spoke with about the quality said something to the effect that she found it interesting that the ones she would have recommended we have put back were not good quality based on the ICSI. I'm glad I pushed for ICSI.
