Bum Genius Question

My sister just got her Bum Genius diapers finally! She's wondering if there are certain diaper creams that you can and can't use with those diapers (since there are certain detergents you can and can't use!)... TIA!!

I try to stay away from anything with zinc oxide, but the A&D ointments are OK.

I usually just used disposables for a day or two until the rash cleared up. I didn't want to take any chances. :heee:
