What do your kids call each other (include the cute pronounciations)?

And, what did they call each other when they were younger, if different?

Anya pronounces Liliana "ill-donna", or Lilja

She used to pronounce it "illy-ahna"

Alex sometimes calls christian his "christian baby" and he'll introduce him to other kids at school as "my baby". I keep trying to tell him he's not a baby anymore:lol:

Christian calls himself "chishan" and Alex "ayex". He doesn't quite have that "l" down yet.

Seamus can't wrap his little voice around Colin not having a D in the middle of his name like Aidan, so he is Call-den. Matter of fact, I call him Call-den sometimes now too, I think it's cute. :)

Otherwise, just by their first names. Which Aidan now insists for him is Andrew.
My sister couldn't say my name when she was learning to talk, so she just called me Sa. Still does every now and again. :)

Anna usually calls him Jakey.

J calls Anna by her proper name.

When they're really being pleasant, they'll call each other Poopy-Jacob, and Poopy-Anna.

Tatum calls Caroline "Tiny" and Courtney "Tutney"

Courtney has a speech issue and cannot pronounce a lot of sounds, so Caroline used to be Kay-ay and now is something like Caroline, but not quite... Tatum is "Ay-um"

Caroline used to call Courtney "Baby Lee Lee" or "Courtney Lee Lee"

I called my sister, whose name is Norah, "Kiki baby" or "Kiki" and that is what she is known as by everyone to this day.

Jackson just calls Anna, "Anna." He's also called her some really stinging names :giggle: like baby, chocolate-head, or nut nut-head...I'm not really sure where he got those, but he is big into insulting someone by calling them something-head.

Anna calls Jackson "coo-ka" which has evolved from "coo-coo" not really sure why.

Jackson has had lots of pet names for Anna, mostly things like little baby Anna, or little baby girly....he also used to call her curly girl.

Liam calls his sister "Norah" and pronounces it right. I can't remember what, if anything, he called her when he was younger.

Norah calls Liam, "brudder". I try to get her to say Liam and she won't do it. And she points to herself and says "sis-ser" or "daw-er".

We call Rebekah "sissy" to Daniel so he started calling her DeeDee. He can now call her "Bekah" but sometimes still calls her DeeDee.

Rebekah calls Daniel by his proper name.

Daniel calls his cousin Molly "NeeNee" and her baby brother Micah is "Dat Dat". He can now say Molly (Mah-ee) and Micah (Mah-kah) but still uses NeeNee and Dat. Molly will call herself NeeNee when speaking to Daniel. She just turned 2 and Micah is 5 months.

Emma calls Christine by her name. At first it was "Tistine'" and then moved to "Cistine" but she seems to have he "Chr" sound now. When saying Hi she calls her "You" as in "Hi You". I finally realized that she gets that from Blue's Clues.

Christine is starting to get more words now. She seems to call Emma "Ehya" or "Yaya". She will say "Hi Ehya" or call after her "Yaya"

Tylor calls Alyssa -Ally, Al, AJ, ALYSSA (Very loud and to the point  ) and when he likes her he calls her "sister"

he calls Charlotte - Sissy, Baby girl, Charlotte, Charlie and when being funny "what's up Chuch"

Alyssa calls Tylor - Ty, Ty Ty, TYLOR, T, and Bubby
She calls Charlotte - Charlotte, sissy, baby girl.

Charlotte doesn't talk

I do not encourage the "sissy", "bubby" talk. I am not really into baby talk and I don't like names like that but they have on their own decided to use them so I let it go.

Matthew calls Sara by her name. He also calls her variations of names he made up for her when she was a baby... Chaybee, Chaybers... and sometimes he calls her a baby and he gets in trouble for that. When she was a baby we all called her Missy P and he says that sometimes when she's being bad (P stood for pissy when she was a baby :shuffle: ).

Sara calls him brother or Maffew. She calls herself Sara Paige Exxxxx with the attitude of a pre-teen to go along with it

We all call Addison "Aggie" now because that's what Aubrey called her a long time ago. Which has a background story~~ when we first moved to Texas, we thought Texas A&M fans (the Aggies) were nuts. They're over the top in their school support. We said we'd never let our kids be Aggies. So of course now that we can't help ourselves from calling her Aggie, everyone thinks we are A&M fans and we're afraid she's destined to go to school there.

(sorry for any A&M people here.)

 that guy....so cute!!!!

When Katie was born, Steve called her Baby Kate - thanks to Arthur  - which kind of stuck with us, too. Now she's usually Katie, Kate, Miss/Missy - which she doesn't like and will tell you!

Katie couldn't say Steve/Stevie - it sounded more like DeeDee (for Stevie). Last year it became Tevie, now it's Stevie, Steve. She will call him Mister when she's being sassy  My niece calls him TeeTee.

Aidan calls them Norah and Elliott. He's getting away from calling Norah, 'peanie' because she'll ream ya a new one if you do. Sometimes he'll call Elliott, Ellie, Belly, or Bellzer.
Both N & E call Aidan by his name. Occasionally, Norah will call him 'Rooka'.
Norah usually calls Elliott, 'Ellie'. Elliott sounds like 'El-lee-lit' :hehe:
Elliott calls Norah by her name, but it sounds like 'No-wah.' :)

Maggie & Katie call each other by name. Sometimes Katie is Katienut. Maggie was listing out a stream of nicknames for Katie this morning, though.

My brothers couldn't say my name when they were little and I became Shookie. I still am when they want something. My cousin was caught on tape when she was 2ish calling me Geeka and that stuck. I am still "Geek" when they are annoyed with me.

While we were away last week, Katie referred to one of the boys as "the soft one" because she liked him and thought he was soft. He let her fondle his head whenever she wanted. :giggle:

Jeremy just started using Riley's name two months ago. He calls her "I-Ree". Phil jokes that it sounds like pig latin. He also calls her "I-Ree Mo" since we call her Riley Mo sometimes--her middle name is Morgan.

Riley calls Jeremy "Buddy", "big man", "big stuff", and when she says his name, it comes out "Germy".

Isabelle calls Rebecca "Rebecca" or "Becca". Rebecca calls Isabelle "Isabeh" (but sometimes when we try to get her to say the final "elle" she'll say "IsabeL- beL-beL"

And sometimes, for some unknown reason, they call each other "Dee-Dee"

Olivia usually calls Kaden by his name but she also cals him, "KK" "K" and "Kade". She especially uses "KADE!!" when he's doing something she doesn't want him doing.
