Your dreams, that is. Do you remember your dreams. Any idea why some do remember and some don't?

I remember alot of them, but I don't remember all. I tend to remember the ones that bother me more than the happy ones, though :dunno:

Lately it's been that I just remember little snippets, not the whole thing. After staying up the other night to watch Real Housewives of NYC, I dreamt that I was fabulousy wealthy and paid almost $1000 to have my hair done.....and it was long and black! :dunno:

I never, ever remember my dreams. I have no idea why.

I seem to remember the really odd ones - fighting aliens with my former boss, for instance. The mundane ones manage to escape once I wake up!

I am a rememberer. I had one the other night that we bought an older farm house with 12 fireplaces on the lower level and it was infested with large red and orange beetles. Weird.

I forget most of them. And like Anne, if I do remember them, they are very strange.

I remember stuff just about every night.....but it's also just bits and pieces. Few of my dreams I remember in detail for the whole duration.

Last night, I dreamt that my dad had written (and had published) a children's story! He'd been writing it in private for years and had finally finished it and sent it off to a publisher....who snapped it up right away! It was a big hit and we were all pleasantly surprised. :) This was weird because my dad is the LAST person you'd expect to write a book about anything. Except circuit engineering specs...... :giggle:

I tend to remember them when I first wake up but as the day progresses I lose them, only the really weird or scary ones stay with me. Like when I was pregnant with Aiden I dreamt that I had an orgy with midgets :shuffle: Not forgetting that one anytime soon

I remember some of them. And some of them I always remember, some I remember first thing in the morning but by the end of the day I can't remember what I was remembering earlier in the day.

I remember some, like when I'm flying or like we got a house and it has this really cool room in it, I keep dreaming about it even though it's old and hasn't been updated-i've dreamt about it probably 4-5 times now-... i forget a lot of them, though.

I tend to only remember if they're weird, although not always.

I had a dream earlier this week that DH woke up and said he was going back to sleep and not going to work. I was all set to yell at him when I woke up and realized it was 3 am!

I had a strange dream recently that I was in labor and I was complaining about something other than the pain. I don't remember what it was anymore!

lol - DW is the same. She had a similar one about Lions. :freak3:

I however don't remember any, ever.

My mind is like a seive at the best of times, so I rarely remember my dreams but I do talk in my sleep...a lovely quirk that both of my boys have

Me too except I usually just remember the crazy ones. But I don't remember them for long, if I don't think about them when I first wake up in the morning I'll forget them completely by the end of the day.

I already know Melissa's answer to this one with her orange and red beetles, but do you dream in color?
