OUAL Down for a bit

Remember waaaay back when I mentioned that there were some server changes coming and OUAL was going to be down for a little bit? And then it never happened?

Yeah. Well, it should be happening tonight. Stagg is working out a way that the site will be down for the least amount of time possible, but there will be a period of time when it is actually down.
