I loved the video, and I could totally relate. Although I will warn you, have tissues handy. I think I would have sobbed by the end even if I didn't have a child with autism.

Beautiful video. I can't that many insurance companies do not cover the cost of therapy, even after an official diagnosis. That's ridiculous and shameful.

Yeah, it's sad. Our insurance does cover therapy, but the co-pay isn't cheap. We're paying WAY too much money for Sarah's current feeding therapy.

Although we're lucky that we were able to get free services through Early Intervention. We only pay for speech and feeding therapy because we felt like EI wasn't doing enough and went with private therapy for both.
