As the 3 boys were running circles chasing each other, I just uttered the phrase: I never thought life with kids would be so LOUD. (I had to scream this to Joe, of course, if I wanted to be heard. :awink: )

Care to fill in the blank for yourself?

I never thought life with kids would be so fast.

I never thought life with kids would be so funny.

Despite all the times they push my buttons, my kids come up with the best zingers and hilarities (is that even a word?)

I never thought life with kids would make me feel so stupid  .

I always thought I knew all the answers to life's meaningless facts. Nope. I know nothing. I am constantly being stumped and left stammering for an answer.

I never thought life with kids would be so fullfilling. You here everyone talk about how exhausted and frustrated they are but they never tell you how amazingly wonderful it is also. Tonight my kids came home from a weekend away and both Tylor and Alyssa were telling me all about what they had done and how much fun it was. I went upstairs and Tylor was reading in his room. I just peaked in but I felt so blessed knowing he had had a great time and was just comfortable in his room. Then I went passed Alyssa's room and found this

Alyssa was watching twitches and she said it was scary and so Daddy watched with her.

Then later I was nursing charlotte and she had that little smile on her face that just melts your heart. I know it is just gas but hey..I will take it.

Tonight I just feel so fullfilled with my kids!

I am constantly being stumped and left stammering for an answer.TG for Google/the Internet...I have to confirm things on there daily. Today - is a shark a fish or a mammal? I thought fish, which was indeed true, but I had to check to be sure.

Were you reading my mind?

Since you used that one, I'll say action-packed (as opposed to boring).

I have to agree with Mary -- I never thought life with kids would progress so fast! Maggie has grown so much in the past year and lost all her baby-ness. She is an official "little kid" and next month we have to register her for kindergarten! Where did the time go?

I never thought life with kids would be so fun. Looking over the times that David just grates on my nerves..he is a lot of fun. I love looking at the world through his eyes and see the innocence once again. I love going places with him and seeing the world through his eyes. He keeps the child in me alive!!

Draining. I feel emotionally and physically exhausted. By the end of the day, I feel like a lump and can't move!

I'm with Stef - so funny! Caroline is really at an age when she's good company, as opposed to just my kid that I'm taking on errands or whatever. She's got fun stuff to say, a hysterical sense of humor, and it's great hanging out with her.

Crazy! I feel like I'm in the insane asylum most days with these crazy girls. Love it, but boy is it crazy.

I never thought life with kids would be so enlightening.
I seem to learn something new everyday, whether is about parenting or something the kids bring to my attention or about the real meaning of sharing my life with people I love and would do anything for them.
