Good luck V and Melissa, your charts are looking good :crossfing

I took my temp at 2am (I had to do my Progesterone since I had to get up at 2:30am to get ready for work since the kids got out of school early today) so that could be why a huge temp drop but last night it felt like AF was coming even though I am still very early and I was crampy too.

I'm actually suppose to test on 8DPO since I tested Positive that early (per my OB) since I had 3 early m/c's but I don't know if I want too test, just kind of tired of seeing a :bfn: so I don't know, I may wait a few days.

Let's see...my intro...ahem

DH and I have been married 7 years. We have a beautiful 6 year old boy named David. He is the apple of my eye and the cause of most of my stress. I love him dearly and could not imagine life without him!!! Dh and I bought a house September 2003 and started TTC in October. We got pg in March of 2004 however, we lost the baby due to a tubal. I ended up having a D&C at 9 weeks and they had to remove my right tube. The surgery happened on Saturday before Mothers Day May 8, 2004. It was a bittersweet Mother's Day for me. At one point I was happy to celebrate the day at all with my lovely son but I greived for the child I lost. Mother's Day isn't the same any more. We started TTC again in July 2004 when my cycles went back to normal. October 2006 I went to the doctor and we gave Clomid a try for 6 months at 50mg. After 6 months and still no pregnancy I decided to stop the madness. At this point my dr diagnosed me with "unexplained infertility" again. He recommended going the IUI route but dh and I decided against it due to $$ issues. We gave it to God to handle. I figured I have done what I can to get pg...now it's all up to Him. I have complete faith that the Lord will bless me once more. I just have to follow the path that He has placed before me and quite going along the path I choose. It's been a rough 3-4 years but I am a strong woman. I am trying to come to terms with David being an only. I feel blessed that I have him. He is a beautiful tender hearted child whom I love more than I ever thought was humanly possible. He's sweet, funny and a hard headed little boy... a chip off the old block...my block that is. So that's my story. It's full of love and hurt..but it's life and I live it to the fullest!!! Come with me on this crazy emotional journey. I can promise laughes and tears. :hug99: Thanks for reading.

Sorry...I've been waiting all day for dh to get off of the computer! I barely snuck in enough time to post my temp from this morning. I'm soooo nervous and anxious about this morning's temp spike!!!! :woa:

What do you ladies think? I woke up sometime during the night to pee, but I barely remember waking up and I didn't look at the clock, so I have no idea what time. I just remember crashing and falling back to sleep immediately. What if I didn't get a full 3 hours, would that make my temp spike? I know that I'll know for sure by tomorrow's temperature, but OMG I'm going to be crazy :errr: until then!!!

I'll be sure to be back and introduce myself and all of that stuff, gotta go again! :bolt:

Kimmy0712
December 22nd, 2007, 05:29 PM
WOW that is a great temp jump V!!!I really think you need to :poas:

Lyoshka
December 22nd, 2007, 06:28 PM
V, normally, if you don't get 3 hours of consecutive sleep or get up earlier than usual, it lowers your temp, not makes it higher. So.... that makes it all that more hopeful, purely from the way the chart looks  I hope tomorrow brings another high temp...will you test then? I got my BFP with Nikita at 11 DPO :awink:

BamaGirl+
December 22nd, 2007, 11:11 PM

I did this morning and got a :bfn: :sigh: I was truely hoping for a Christmas miracle since my 2nd m/c was last year a few days before Christmas (December 21) so I was really hoping for a Christmas miracle this year since my temps are still rising.

Tabitha, it may still be early... i got my BFP at 11DPO, but at 9 pm, and it was so faint I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me... so, i hope in a couple of days, you can have a Christmas miracle.. wouldn't that be the ultimate?? get a bfp on Christmas day? Still hoping for you, girl!!!

BamaGirl+
December 23rd, 2007, 11:45 AM
:sigh: Girls, I had a horrible morning... I woke up at 4:15, WIDE AWAKE and I decided to lay there for a few minutes to see if I could go back to sleep. Well, 15 minutes later I decided that I'd better take my temp, just in case: 97.39. Then I laid there longer and tossed and turned until my alarm went off at 5:30, I took my temp again and it was even lower! :gah: Why did I have to wake up early! And why didn't I just take my temp at 4:15? :banghead:

So, since my temperature taking was so screwed up this morning, I decided to sleep in as long as I could for that FMU--And I got a BFN.:bawl:

Tab
December 23rd, 2007, 11:52 AM
V :hug99: I am  that that may be implantation for you as well and I just checked all of your charts again and the fact that you are not due for AF yet, I wonder if this could be implantation??? Don't give up hope yet :crossfing

BamaGirl+
December 23rd, 2007, 11:54 AM
Okay....one more thought to consider. IF my temp this morning was correct, then AF would be showing up tonight or in the morning. And I know that's not happening because I haven't started cramping yet and I always cramp 3-4 days prior to AF. So....I'm praying that I don't start cramping...

How are all of you this morning? Tab, your chart looks GREAT!!!! Melissa, I hope that your temp drop was implantation... I want us all to have BFPs for Christmas!!!!

MamaGoofy
December 23rd, 2007, 12:55 PM

Hey V, we crossposted so I'm not sure if you saw what I wrote below :) (ETA: I have mine set up that the last post posted shows up first  thats why I wrote below)

Melissa- thats implantation.

Me- I've been feeling very nauseated all morning and still trying to get all of my wrapping done. Were having a get together with my sons GF's parents today around 4pm and exchanging gifts so I need to get everything done before we go regardless of me feeling :dead:

I didn't use FMU either so hopefully its just to early for me to be testing and that was the reason I got a BFN this morning

Lyoshka
December 23rd, 2007, 02:59 PM
V, i'm sorry about a BFN, hopefully, it's just early! I wouldn't put much stock in today's temp. If you laid there for 15 away, the temp would drop, and on top of that, 4 am is just too plain early....

BamaGirl+
December 23rd, 2007, 05:21 PM
I don't know what to think right now. I've been numb for the past 2 hours, just so depressed and out of it because I started getting crampy feelings. At this point, I can't tell if they are AF cramps or what... :sigh:

Hang in there girls!! Wishing all of you the best of luck!

V: With this pregnancy I was crampy 3-4 days before af was due, it lasted for a day and then went away. I knew it was way too early for af to show up and usually I cramp a day before af. Don't want to give you false hope, but it's not over till it's over!!

V,girl, please hang on..... it's not over! You are still fairly early in your cycle for AF... aren't you usually 28-30ish days? Your last two were 27 and 30 days... so it's not over yet. 11DPO could be implantation, like Haydee said. I had cramps with Nikita 2-3 days before AF was supposed to come, too... so, until she shows her ugly head, please don't lose hope. I'm routing for you and hoping until there is no more hope this month (and then, there is next month!!! ) I can only imagine how devastated you must feel and how long your road has been, but it's not over, cling to hope, honey :hug99:

Well it's over for now. The fat red lady is singing her heart out. It's really early for me, my cycle is whacked out right now for some reason. I've never been this early. The weirdest thing is, I started cramping yesterday and then I cramped for a little bit this morning and then that's it, no more...but I know that I'm not pg, my temp was very low this morning. So all hope is lost for this cycle. :sigh:

i seem to have Od on CD16, and last month on CD19.... last few months before that it hovered around 20-21, with the exception of one month. So I don't know if Vitamin B6 is doing that or just a way the cycle falls, but i thought it was interesting

Hey girls, sorry that I've been MIA... Melissa, sorry about AF, she's such a witch. My cramps have finally subsided a bit too. I hate the OPKs too. I can't believe how early AF came this month. I was looking back at my cycles and they are ALL jacked up. None are consistant...

How'd everyone's Christmas go? I'm thankful that I got to take off work today. I went in yesterday and it sucked bad! It put me in such a fowl mood. I think that I'm suffering from the post-Christmas-blues...anyone else? :(

Lena, hmmmm. That is interesting, maybe it is the B6.

Tab, how are you feeling. Do you take the Baby Asprin everyday? I have a friend that has been ttc since May and she just started taking baby asprin and b6 and she feel pregnant this last cycle. Anyone else have an opinion on the Baby Asprin? I'll do anything at this point...

kika

V, I tried baby aspirin for a while, but it didn't do anything for me. I *think* it is supposed to help after fertilization, if it occurs.

This last cycle I did take B6, not for ttc, but b/c my dad insisted because I was so tired. I also O'd earlier (CD 11) than I had the last few cycles, but I am not sure if that was coincidence or not.

What I think *may* have helped: I was taking Mucinex because I had a severe cold and I was so congested. I think I have issues with CM (I can never find the stuff), so I think the Mucinex may have thinned it a bit. Also, by complete luck, we ended up BDing in the AM that I O'd. We had wee morning :sex:, I think I O'd later that day. It was complete luck, cause I thought I was going to O 2 days later. I am not sure if that made a difference, but it was the first time we BD only a few hours before I O'd.

Then again, who knows? TTC is such a complex process. So many events have to be timed and executed perfectly...it's a wonder that there are so many people in the world.

I'm crampy so I think AF is on her way :sigh:

I haven't taken baby asprin this month but I was there for a while and when I did O alot earlier now this month I was taking just Curves Biomultivitamins and I O'd even earlier yet CD11. I think I am going to start taking baby asprin again and B6 again and get prenatals for this month. I think I was taking up to 200mg of the B6 when I was taking it before.

I heard that morning sex is better because something about the sperm for men but now I can't remember what it was about

Hmm...I'm going to have to go check on that now Tab. I wonder if IUIs are always done in the morning? I know that whenever I called for a SA for DF, the office wanted him to drop off the sample in the morning. Maybe cause that's easier?

I'm really not into morning BDing. Maybe that's what my problem was.

MamaGoofy
January 2nd, 2008, 11:17 AM
I am doing good actually. Getting ready for the bding frenzy...I need to go to CVS and get my monitor sticks but not sure that I want to spend $50 on them.. :dunno: I am watching what I eat and starting to exercise more so I can lose weight. I want to try and loose as much as possible before getting pg...not that pg is going on the back burner but I figure while I wait for my bfp I can lose some of this poundage...

Lyoshka
January 2nd, 2008, 12:44 PM
I totally hear you, Melis... I'm starting to get anxious about testing, but I think i'll be more relieved than anything if this month is a miss. I gained almost 9 lbs in the last month-month and a half and i feel like a fat cow. I'm at 183 now and was 187 when I got pg with N (my highest weight ever) and I do not want to feel that fat again. I was really hoping to be at least at 170 as the highest weight this time around, and i know I can get closer to that in a month.
but of course, if i am pg, i'll take that, too.. i do know i'll be a ton better about what I eat this pregnancy, and I really hope I am not too sick to keep running... i've got my sights on a marathon and an olympic tri in 2009 :awink:

kika
January 2nd, 2008, 01:35 PM
I hear you Lena and Melissa. I got pg this time at the highest weight of my life: 152lbs. And I am not that tall, only 5'4". I am 9lbs less than I was when I delivered Kareem, and I'd gained 41lbs to get there!

I am a bit miserable about my weight. I always feel so full and uncomfortable. I don't remember feeling this way. I wish I'd gotten pg when I was in better physical shape. I think I would have more energy.

BamaGirl+
January 2nd, 2008, 02:36 PM
I'm going to focus on my weight loss/health too. I totally feel like a fat cow! I am trying really hard not to put too much emphasis on my weight, but rather turn my attention on fitting into my clothes better and feeling sexy without clothes. :giggle: Right now, I'm not feeling sexy...at all. Not good since I've got to gear up for the "BDing frenzy", right girls! ;) Seriously, I'm not going to "not try", but I'm not going to put any faith into falling pg this month. I'm making the appointment today with my OB/GYN and I'm just going to chill until after I see him. Last cycle and the emotions that came with the disspointment were almost too much to bare. I can't turn around and go through that again.

Sooooo. Lena, you've got your sights on an olympic tri in 2009? Awesome! :dude: Are you for real, you're really not going to POAS this time? Yeah, right!

Lyoshka
January 2nd, 2008, 02:48 PM
V, I never said I wasn't going to POAS... i just said I'm getting anxious  Honestly, I shouldn't even bother till 11 DPO, as AF seems to show up on 10  and I think I got my BFP with N at night of 11DPO and it was super faint, so I don't think I'd see anything before then, but i probably will POAS, just for the heck of it :scan: Even this morning I was totally fine, but now, I can feel those "am I pregnant?" flutters.

Yeah, I want to challenge myself and do the Olympic tri at the end of August (it's Accenture Tri-the huge event downtown Chicago) and the CHicago marathon is usually in October, so the timing would be good :) I am not sure how a trip to Russia would work with that (would be very hard), but i'm not thinking about that now, that's just a goal I have :)

Oh Lena, I hope that it's too early too! I experience A LOT of cramping. Melis, thank you, dear! i hoped you would post :aok:

V, I never have cramps days before AF. Usually, i cramp, and BAM!-in 2 hours, she is here. I only had one weird cycle where I cramped on and off all day on 10DPO, and then, that night, AF came. I NEVER had so much cramping and then nothing for 16 hours.......
and to answer your question, i don't think i had any back pain (i usually don't, do i don't know if that is indicative of anything?)....maybe a twinge or two in the lower back, but that's about it....

I went to see my holistic chiro and told him i was waiting to find out... i asked him if he could feel anything  He said I had the glow and he thought there might be something brewing in there :scan:

still thinking +++ thoughts for you Lena

well nothing here yet, I did take temp today 1 hr early than normal and holy high temp for me, but still not getting hopes up told Jase and said now you watch I'll get AF cause I talked to you abou tit

anyway  my boy has been painful the last few days with waking during night and only going down if we are with him :( so now he is in bed I might go too

will keep ya all updated oh and no POAS till monday for me,

Rach, that IS a high temp!! crossing everything crossable for you :)

I know that the cramps i had 2 days ago HAD to be implantation-what else could be cramping like AF for hours (when i never ever cramp unless it's AF herself and her arrival is immediate)...? I think it has to be implantation... now, i guess the question becomes, is my body sustaining that implantation or not? i guess we just have to wait and see what happens.
I was laying in bed this morning, thinking about my lower temp and realized that while I'll be sad if AF shows, I'll be ok, too. I really let myself go in the month of December, I feel very uncomfortable at this extra 8-9 lbs i gained and would really like to see those gone... so if I'm not pg this month, i want to really focus on WL and then I'll know i'll feel better about stuff when I do get pg.

If I am pg, though, I'm ok with it, obviously. I decided that as much as I don't like how tight my clothes are, i will make it a priority to eat good, really watch the calories and keep working out 5-6 times a week(well, at least until ms kicks in, and then it'll be as much as i can )..so i might still be able to shed those lbs (before i put them back on)-not by dieting, but just by being good...and for sure, my little baby will not starve in the extra 20-30 lbs i carry around

question.... can you guys look at my chart and tell me when you think I Od? I think that CD16 is pretty accurate, but do you think it's possible it was CD18?

Also, probably a more relevant question-how many days after implantation is there really enough HCG in urine to be detected by a HPT? If the embryo did implant on 10DPO, is this still kind of early to test, then? logically, i would think 3-4 days need to pass before the embryo secretes enough hormone to be detected? What do you think?

schwanda
January 5th, 2008, 08:55 AM
Fingers crossed Rachel.
Lena - It is possible that you O'ed later than your chart says. It's hard to be sure. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. Still crossing everything!

At first, it definitely looks like you Od on CD16, however, IF the cramping on CD26 was in fact implantation, I'd say that you Od on CD18, since implantation usually occurs 6-8 days after O.

Also, what time do you normally take your temp? And are you taking baby asprin?

I know that whatever happens will be the best for you. God has truely looked after you and your family, he knows if now is the right time. (I hope this helps, it's hard to accept, believe me, I have to tell myself this everyday.) :hug99:

kika
January 5th, 2008, 11:01 AM
Lena, I am horrible with the hcg questions. I always tend to test once I am late cause with the exception of trying for this baby, I never wanted to be pg. So I would sit around praying AF would show.

I think I tested at 16-17 DPO. According to that beta website, median hcg at 12DPO was 35 and 13DPO is 63. So I would say somewhere between 12-13DPO would be best for testing.

With N it took what, 5-6 months? That means your bfp is coming in the next month or so. Remember that month I had the late high temp and I thought I was pg? I had one cycle in between, and then got the +. If you follow me, you'll be pg in either Feb or March. Will that put your due date around N's birthday? Then you'll really be in the same boat as me .

Anyway, you know I am just being silly with all these comparisons and predictions. Your bfp is coming real soon Lena. You've had a lot going on, too...First your trip, then your dad, then the busy time for your business, N's birthday, and the holidays. It's all behind you now and the baby is coming soon!

Still no af in sight and just a sense of calm... who the heck knows what that means

V, thanks for the info.. i thought that implantation could be anywhere between 6 and 12 DPO, but i never really researched it much, just that one time when i was spotting all day and thought maybe it was implantation, so I'll research it some more now.

Kika, with N it took us 4 or 5 months..i think 5. this is month 5 with this one, I believe...... either way, it's not over yet, so we shall see :)

That would probably because I put my account with FF on hold  I'm assuming that would be the reason why you can't add me. I am on break right now so when Lena does the stat list I am not paying attention to my cycle day at all so I'm not stressing about when O would possibly come I won't feel the urge to DTD since we are taking a break.

thanks for posting, Kika :)

I was driving home from a business appt and had this feeling that I needed to POAS... i really have known since Friday evening or so that I was pregnant... lots of twinges and jabs, those cramps on Thur night and then nothing... and i just had this sense that I was... I didn't want to say something until I knew for sure, but I just knew.... so it was no surprise to see the line :)

It's super-super faint, i had to look at it from all angles to make sure i wasn't imagining things.. DH said he saw it when i first gave him the stick, then he said he didn't, so he wasn't convinced. I POAS on the DT one, and that one showed nothing. When we were at Target, though, I showed the original stick to Damon again and he could see the line pretty well.

so anyhow.....
we are very excited. The only thing that is a bit .. i don't know... strange, freaky... is my due date is Sept 15 and my Dad passes away on Sept 12, so I don't know yet what to think of it... but i'll take what i'm given.

I POAS this morning and the line is just as faint, i suppose it's still so early, since i'm only 4 weeks. I'm sure in a couple of days it'll be better.

http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b8df26b3127cceb3388ae6ea9900000045108AcOGbJq2bOK

Okay girls. I wasn't going to say anything. But I don't know if I can go any longer without telling someone! I don't know if I should be worried or what, but I have been "cramping" in my lower abdomen/ovary area since AF came 2 weeks ago. Usually I cramp up to 4 days before I start, but this time I started cramping only 1 day prior. And AF showed up very early. Then since CD6 I have had some sort of pulling, twinging feeling every day (with the exception of 2 days) for the last 2 weeks. Yesterday they were even more noticable, which makes sense since I'm right here at O time.

But for two weeks? What could it be? Should I be worried? I didn't take Femera this time around, so it's not like my follies are growing or something...

Anyone have a clue?

Well, ladies. :sigh: I'm giving up this cycle. There are too many obstacles that are getting in my way this month:

Last week I emailed the other RE in town and I still haven't heard back from them.

I forgot to look at my thermometer yesterday morning after I temped, so when I got home last night to look at it, it barely read yesterday's temp and then it went dead.

Then last night DH and I were too tired to BD.

And I have the appointment next week to discuss laproscopy with my OB/GYN and I have a good feeling that he will send me back to Dr. H. I don't want to go back to him.

Ugh, I hate this crap. :gah: Why does everything have to be so complicated!!!!!???? :tear:

Btw, Lena I did POAS last night (just to rule out that possibility) and it was a BFN.

V, are there other doctors you can go see? i believe that you need to be comfortable with your doctors, and you obviously aren't..... maybe it's time for a new one?

Yeah, there are others. I'm just not crazy about change. I'm not going to make any decisions until I see my OB/GYN next Wednesday. I've been with him since 2001, but not for infertility or prenancy related issues, so things are different now. It all depends on what he says and how I feel about everything. If I don't like what I hear from him, I'll start my mission to find another OB/GYN and if that doesn't work out, I'll go to a RE in town that has offices all across the state. This is their website: http://www.artprogramal.com/ Either way, I just feel like I'm beating my head up against a brick wall... Kind of like this smilie here --->:banghead:

You know what, V? There was a month or two where I had ovulation-like pain for weeks. It was quite severe at times. It was the month after I took a round of Clomid. It turned out that I had a small cyst. The doctor thought the Clomid may have contributed to it.

Did you take any meds this last round? I guess it is also possible to have a cyst; it doesn't necessarily have to be caused by ovulation meds.

Not a problem Lena!!

Well I am doing ok. This cycle is a bust. Dave is sick as a dog. I finally talked him into letting me make an appointment for him today. He goes in tomorrow. I think he may have the flu or pnuemonia (sp). So we haven't been able to have any baby making sessions. I got one in over the weekend but I doubt that will be enough. Especially since I either ovulated yesterday or today. :dunno: At this point I don't care. I mean I do but I am just tired. Tired of trying. Tired of the stress...tired of the whole process. I am this close >< to just throwing in the towel, selling all my baby stuff and just getting used to David being an only. :sigh: So that's me in a nut shell....:sigh:

I am sorry Melissa. That sounds frustrating.

If this pg sticks for me, I wish I could give you my health care spending account. I was saving it for IUI, but now I have no idea what I am going to do with it.

I wonder if IUI would bring you quicker results?

Kika, do you have a deductible for the hospital stay when you deliver? that would take a huge chunk of that fund, I bet.

Otherwise, if you would like to try some great natural supplements (greens, trace minerals, etc)- i can recommend some.. they are not cheap, but really good... since we've been going to a holistic chiropractor, we have been taking those and i can so tell a difference! Even for an ear infection N had (discovered at his 2 year appt), we skipped the whole antibiotic route and just put 2 drops of trace minerals in each ear (just to be on the safe side, even though the infection was only in one) for two days, and it was gone! so i'm a believer :) anyhow, sorry for a tangent :scan:

Yeah, it's $200. So nope.

I thought about Lasik eye surgery, but they don't recommend it during pg or breastfeeding. I think the breastfeeding ban is a stretch, cause the steriods are placed in your eyes and not taken by mouth. We'll see.

I still wish I could transfer it to Melissa.

As for me, I've given up this cycle too. DH has been too tired and I just didn't have the energy either. Plus, I'm still having these weird cramps and they're really starting to worry me. I am going to tell Dr. M (OB/GYN) next Wednesday that I think something is going on and that I want some answers. So, I've put FF on hold until next cycle at least...

How is everyone? Tab, are you still on hold too?

I'm still on hold with FF but we did :shuffle: one day and I'm not sure when since I won't look at my cycle day in the stat list. I don't want to know what day I am on so I am not stressing, oh look I might be O'ing soon I better sneak in some days  I just wanted to relax this month and wait for things to calm down especially at work which they have, Thank God! We may be back to TTC next cycle, I'm not sure yet time will tell when AF shows up.

Meh..I'm fine. Just trying to deal with the emotional part of giving up. I think my heart is out of it...now to just let the rest of me get over it. I don't know that I ever will. Especially when my David asks me when is he going to get a baby brother or sister. It just breaks my heart that I may not ever get to give that to him. :tear: This cycle is a bust. I'm not even going to bother temping any more. What's the use?

Tab since you don't want to see your stats do you want me to "white" them out this cycle and make them visiable again next? I can do that for ya if ya want. ;) Let me know.

V: I hope you stopped banging your head. Headaches really suck! Crazy girl!

i'm sorry there is so much heartache, Melissa, Tab, Shannon, and V....

I really really hope this is not it for you, Melissa... but i know it's been a long and hard road and i can only imagine how you must feel.... is saving up for an IUI an option? Maybe take up a part-time job, or do some mystery shops and save up for a couple of months? i don't know how much extra time you have available, so I wanted to ask...

Melissa and Shannon, :bawl: . My daugther wanted me to just go get a baby, too. She wanted it ASAP.

I am seriously considering adoption. I've always wanted 4 kids, and I honestly think this pregnancy may be my last. Being pregnant (and all the worrying that comes with it) is a little too nerve-wrecking for me.

I love little ones...enough to adopt to complete the family I've always wanted. I've given it much thought, and I am certain a non-biological child would fill our hearts with love...and we would love to return the favor.

UGH! Melissa and Shannon :hug99: I wish it were that easy :(

The other night I switched sitters to get Bailey on the bus and she had some questions regardling on how we would handle things like if it snowed what would we do with Bailey since she still had to be at work and I told her she would automatically go to her Grams and she asked a few more questions and we got that squared away and the she said I have one more question, Are you PG? I said in a sad toned voice, No :( she said well Bailey thought you might of been because apparently she must of over me and Steve talking about something and jumped to that conclusion. I told her we have been trying for 4 years and I had 3 early m/c's along the way but not PG yet and she said she was sorry to hear that.
