Rachel, when will you test? your chart looks fab!!

Melissa, you too.. i know you are only 11dpo, but ....what are your plans?

MamaGoofy
April 17th, 2008, 08:58 AM
My plans are to wait.........and wait a little longer. I won't test until I am really late. I think my longest cycle is 37 days so I will wait until cd38. Although I have a feeling it won't get to that day..:dunno:

Although I have a feeling it won't get to that day..:dunno:

Why is that? I'm not accepting THAT attitude! :nono: Girl...:snob: Keep that head up...it's your turn!

btw, do you usually get headaches as a form of PMS? I don't ever remember you reporting them...

Rachel: :brow: Looking good too!

Lottie: I'm glad that you're feeling better. No one wants to wait and wait...but hopefully in the end, you'll be glad. Your appointment will be here before you know it! It seems like just yesterday I joined OUAL and that was 7 months ago! :hug99:

Melissa - from your history, it looks like 12dpo is the decider. I'll praying for a high temp tomorrow.

Rachel - looking great!!! :crossfing I'm hoping for good things for you....

Lottie - :hug99: We've been TTC for 3 years. Although we don't seem to have an issue getting pg, I've lost 4 babies. The waiting for us completely out of our control. There is absolutely nothing wrong with either of us (had the tests done)....it's probably just old eggs. So......we're waiting to be blessed with a baby by some power not of our own. This may or may not happen before I hit menopause.
For me, life would be much easier if it were something that I could control or fix. Hang in there, you'll get your turn. :hug99:

I'm not trying to have a negative attitude but trying NOT toget my hopes up!! I promise!!

I get headaches quite often. With the pollen going crazy and I have been a little stressed this week waiting to hear on a position that I applied for and co-workers getting on my nerves...it happens. I guess it happens so frequently that I don't usually complain unless my head feels like it's going to split.

I don't know. I emailed him today to find out and he said he was still doing interviews. However, on my interview which was the 4th he said he would let me know by the 11th....so :dunno: I am still holding on to hope!!

Girlo

Melissa - we're passively trying. I'm not temping or really keeping track of what day I'm on. We're also still living with the acceptance of Alex being an only (this is the hard part....). If we're blessed with a surprise in the next few years, then :woot:! Otherwise, we're fully prepared for life to stay as it is. :)

MamaGoofy

Thanks Shannon, I know there are people who are worse off than me and I will pick myself up again, it was just the shock of it on the day. Never did I think I would have to go to a fertility clinic when we started TTC and I had to vent my feelings on here so as to not show DH how upset I was.

Lottie - it's totally okay to feel angry/confused/frustrated and this is the perfect place to vent all that. :hug99: You will always find someone here who has been there and can offer you some words of wisdom. I come here to talk about my baby stuff because just about everyone I know IRL is sick of hearing it. :heee:

When I shared my story, I just wanted to let you know that while your situation sucks a$$ and is absolutely not what you planned on.....it's not as bad as it could be. Hang in there.....before you know it, you'll be :puke: with the rest of us. :hug99:

Where's Tabitha? :scan: :wavey: I'm here. I started my Pampered Chef business back up again and everything going on with MIL has us running ragged in between our full time jobs. We're in the process of checking out nursing homes for her because she has been falling alot and just lays there all day long because she can't get up, she fell Sunday night and no one found her until Monday night when he oldest son went down to visit her like he does every Monday night and here she was laying on the floor :( I just haven't had much time for the boards lately because of everything going on.

I'm feeling blah tonight, I feel really nauseated and just plain blah. I have to go in to work tonight to make up my time from being off Monday since I was off sick and I should be in bed sleeping right now but I can't sleep because I feel crappy in the stomach and can't get comfortable.

Good luck Melissa and Rachel :crossfing:

Thanks Shannon :hug1:I welcome the:puke: I hope you get your miracle too!

Tab, I'm sorry about your MIL:hug99: .They always say it will happen when you least expect it so maybe while you have been so pre occupied you might have some good news this cycle?

Hey, has anyone had a reading done with a medium before? I went earlier in the wk. It was my 1st time and I was sceptical and wanted to be proven wrong. Well long story short she told me a lot of things which were true which she couldn't have known about. Well she asked me specifically if I had problems with my ovaries:omg: and she said not to worry as the PCO is not as bad as I think and she sees me with 2 kids very soon!!

Ok so even if none of it is true, it did cheer me up, is that wrong??

Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. Right now I am just concentrating on my niece and loving her. I had to pull out my baby swing last night and it felt so good to have it sitting in the living room with a baby in it. It looked natural sitting there. I know if we just keep trying and praying it will happen.

I am so so mad :banghead:

monday got into dr for b/t specifically quant beta HCG and prog...so here it is wed arvie and still no results :badwords:

so I rang the lab myself the b/t have been sent to brisbane dr didn't mark them urgent so unless dr chases them up could be days before we get them back...

for frigs sake after a ectopic, & 2 m/c you would think she would mark urgent..we are off on holidays tomorrow arvie, have repeats booked for morning she better have marked them urgent..I really want to know the numbers before I head off

ok rant over just needed to get that out, like I need the stress:gah:

kika
April 23rd, 2008, 12:16 AM
I'm sorry Rachel. Can you call the doctor and ask her to rush the lab?

Lyoshka
April 23rd, 2008, 12:32 AM
Oh wow, Rachel!! I would be upset, too! you should expect a more urgent response from them, especially given what you have gone through in the past. is that normal for a dr's office to take their time like that, or are they usually better about it?

I hope you hear smth soon, but either way, have a great vacation!!!
