I know we all are certain that we have the cutest, smartest, and most talented children in the world. And I'm sure we all do! ;)
But what is uniquely special about your child? What is/are the one or two things that you're most likely to brag about?

Nathaniel is an amazingly talented artist for his age. He seriously blows us away. What's so incredible about it is the fact that there is NO artist talent in either family. We're really not sure where it comes from. The teachers at daycare can't believe it either. He draws these super detailed pictures and you can truly tell what he's drawn.

Jessica is very advanced verbally for her age. I'm not sure what it means or if it means anything at all. :dunno:

Emma is an amazing big sister. She hasn't shown any jealousy from day one and she adores Christine who in turn adores her. She watches out for her and has no problem sharing anything with her.

Christine is such a happy easy going baby. She adapts easily to any change and we can drag her any where we go and she is almost always happy.

Aaron is a very polite and charming young man. People constantly compliment us on his manners and we love hearing it.

Lilly is reading. Really reading. It's probably not all that unusual for a 5 1/2 year old, but this is a milestone I've been looking forward to since her birth!

Connor has beautiful handwriting -- he just had a perfect score on his first handwriting evaluation. He's also a very sensitive soul -- super outgoing and friendly, and very tuned in to the emotional state of those around him.

Brendan is laid-back and independent, and very considerate of his siblings. If we're out while the twins are at school, and I buy him a snack, the first thing he does is break off a piece for Connor and Lilly and asks me to save it.

Emma has the most amazing imagination, and loves to weave complicated and interesting stories. She's also very "street smart"- she gets a lot of things that kids her age typically wouldn't.

Krishan has the ability to charm anyone who comes in contact with him. He's such a warm, friendly kid, and can make anyone smile and laugh.

Riley blows me away with her ability to do puzzles. At 3 she was able to do 100-piece puzzles without really trying. Now she can do 150-piece ones and is able to do them completely after about 3 times.

Jeremy is so polite with his please and thank yous. And I always hear about how much of a flirt he is with the ladies wherever we go.

So many things!

Tyrus is a very compassionate boy. He's usually very consciences about doing what's right, regardless of the situation. He loves to help people, too which I think will be a wonderful quality when he's an adult.

Alexis is a lover. She always thinks about how things will affect her brothers and she looks out for them. She's also beautiful, I think.

Carsten is special because he's so sweet. He's got the most amazing eyes and smile. I'm curious to see how his personality will develop as he gets older.

Sean is very insightful for his age. He is very sensitive and caring towards his family and friends. Jakob is very funny and loving. He loves to make us laugh.

Caroline is very analytical and has been from early on. She really thinks rationally and connects things in a way that I think is unusual for her age.

Courtney is incredibly loving. She will snuggle up and give hugs to the special people in her life in such an amazingly loving way.

Tatum is hilarious! She is so full of joy and full of life and is also quite naughty, always with a huge grin.

Janelle has an amazing imagination...sometimes this is a bad thing, like she asked santa for the second year in a row for a toy that does not exist, she just made it up. The great thing though, it sounds like a really great toy. She is also really good at building things out of blocks/legos/whatever...she built a bridge out of a crib mattress that she then was actually able to walk/drive caid's step-2 car across(we obviously put a stop to that immediatly, but she even added in support things and stuff! We were impressed). She is also really really good at the spatial reasoning (I think that's what it is called) section of big brain academy.

Kincaid is an expert cuddler, he is so so so sweet and loving to everyone/everything.

Travis is ALWAYS happy, anything in the world can make him smile, he is just a really "good" baby.

Brenna is my lovey. She wants to cuddle with everyone. If you aren't feeling well she will tuck you in. She is also very accomodating. We have always taken her everywhere that we go-stores, friends, work, etc and she just goes with the flow.

Isabelle is very sweet and considerate of her friends...even the principal of her school stopped to complement us on this. She's also very athletic- and strong! She has better muscle definition than I do!

Rebecca is very laid back, very few things really bother her. She's also really great at sharing- she'll frequently come to us and offer us bites of treats she's having.

Jackson has an amazing memory and sense of direction. He can remember things that happend 2 years ago, and when we're in the car he'll say things like "this is the way to that place we got our Christmas tree last year...." all the time. He is also very kind and considerate of other people's feelings. Last night we were talking about Disney and how he had to tell my Mom and my brother about our trip last week. He said he didn't want tot talk about it too much in front of my brother b/c he didn't want him to feel bad. (my brother is kind of a Disney freak and was totally jealous we got to go last week).

Anna is a little love bug. She is always snuggling up with me, and giving me sloppy baby kisses. She is very friendly, when ever I take her anywhere she is constantly waving to people and saying "Hi!" or "Bye." She also has a great laugh.

What a fun thread, Amanda!

Kaleb is amazing! He's very smart, and just brought home his second report card of straight A's from a very intensive college prep high school. He has a great sense of humor and always has us in stitches with his dry wit. He's a talented athlete, playing soccer and basketball.

Everyone loves Jacob. He's great with kids and always making little kids laugh or playing with them, even those that are not his siblings. His friends parents always tell us how polite and helpful he is. He's also a smart one and has always brought home great grades. He's always willing to help out with whatever is needed.

Riley. Riley has this smile and these eyes that just light up. She's always concerned about other people and tends to be a mother hen. Riley's another smart one and doing so well at school. She's very laid back and very adaptable to pretty much any situation. We've had to drag her so many places and she just fits herself in wherever we go.

Owen is so much fun. He has this face that you just have to kiss and he's always making these silly faces at people. He's Mr. Sensitive, and hates it when people are crying or hurt. He always tries so hard to do everything you work with him on. At almost 3 knows all his letters, numbers, can count to twenty-ten :giggle: and can spell and almost write his own name.

Teddy is very compassionate. He watches over his brothers. He loves little animals and has told me that he wants to go to school to learn how to take care of animals. Last night he was in my bed, knees in my back. I moved him over and his little stuffed animals fell out of the bed. He started crying "you hurt my animal's feelings! You made them fall out of the bed!" Teddy is also very honest and athletic.

Sam is very bright. He is always asking questions. He also has a spiritual side. Some of his questions stump me and Ed.

Ben is just a little bundle of love. He is always giving hugs and kisses and loves to cuddle. He is also very funny! He will but something on his head and dance around trying to make us laugh.

All three of my boys are good eaters. They will try anything once. This makes my life a little easier.

This is a great thread! My boys drive me nuts most of the day. It was good for me to sit and think about how wonderful they are. :)

Claira has always been very bright, by 18 months she was reciting the ABC's and counting to ten. She learned how to write quickly and has begun reading with ease, she is reading books now, not by memorizaton, but actually sounding out the words.

Olivia has good sense of rythmn, she picks up on dance moves very quickly and can execute it well. She also loves singing and makes up her own songs and performs them for us.

Also, both my kids, I have been told, behave very well in public.
