We are seeing an RE again for the first time in a few years, and DH just completed his s/a where we got bad results. His last one 4 years ago had low motility and volume, this one however, showed 0 sperm morphology I think. All I know is that none of the sperm looked normal, there was slight aglutination, and high white blood cell count. We are so see a urologist to test for infection. What kind of infection could cause this and is this reversable? Not sure if any of you experienced this, but any information would be helpful.

Sorry to hear about the bad news. Alyson is right. Amanda is the queen bee on these issues. She's currently starting another fertility treatment cycle and also mentioned they had some morphology issues.
