Have you ever gone online to participate in the customer service survey listed on one of your receipts?
Did you do it because of the offer of a prize?
How long did it take to take the survey?
Would you do it again?
What did you think of the survey?

I finally did one. Walmart of course.
Did you do it because of the offer of a prize? That's pretty much the only reason. The offer of a $1000 gift card. I have no sense that I will get it, but why else would someone waste their time?
How long did it take to take the survey? Seems like it took a week. Maybe 20 minutes?
Would you do it again? Probably not unless it was 50,000! Seems like Chili's had that lure.
What did you think of the survey?
I thought it was very detailed and I shudder to think what they do with all that information.

I can't recall the details, but I've done them in the past when they've offered a decent discount for future shopping trips (ie: more than 10%). I don't recall them taking much time. If they do, I typically throw in the towel

I've done a couple from Old Navy, basically for the discount on a future purchase. I don't do it for sweepstakes because I NEVER win anything :)

I do them for the Gap all the time, and I've done a couple in the past for Home Depot.

Did you do it because of the offer of a prize? 10% off the next purchase. I used it when buying J's snowsuit last year, so it was a significant amount.

What did you think of the survey? It didn't really have anything to do with what I had bought. I think I bought socks for Jacob, and they were asking me about women's sweaters. :dunno:
gulp!

I just did one for one of my local lunch spots. It was $2 off my next lunch, so I did it. Pretty quick and painless- just questions about what I bought, my experience, and the look and layout of the place.
