I need help wording a flyer I want to send around the neighborhood. We are having a garage sale March 24th. I want to encourage other families to also have sales. We live waaay up a hill, away from regular traffic and the more sales we have in this area, the more traffic.

So, this is what I have:
Aloha Neighbors! You are invited to participate in a neoghborhood garage sale march 24th. Multi-family sales generate more traffic which means more sales! Please call joan xxx-xxxx if you would like to be included.

How can I word it so that it is clear that each family would have their own sale, instead of everyone meeting in a central location? Thanks.

I kind of think it's fine as is, and you could tell people when they call. But you're probably right to just make it clear at the start.

"You can have your sale at your own house, so there's no need to transport any of your sale items." or maybe you could also offer to link neighbors up if they want/need to combine with someone else.

or "Call if you'd like your address to be included in the sale."

Sorry, I know that's not very good.. it is hard to word that. But I do think most people would assume they each have their own sale.
