We finally went to get a new car! :yippee: We did a little bit of homework at home and I'm so glad we did because it paid off!!!
We checked the interest on our credit union, checked for prices around town & decided to check out this one place that had 3 of the cars we were looking for since that would give us a little variety.
We were looking at buying a 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander & I noticed on the dealer's website that they had a couple of 2006 Endeavors too for $1000 more than the Outlanders but since we were really interested in the Outlander we didn't printed the on-line info.
When we got to there as we were looking at the Outlanders we checked out the Endeavor next to them & it became more & more appealing to us. The dealer told us that according to his paperwork the sticker prize was over $18,000 which it was more than we wanted to spend, then I remember the ones we saw on-line which were only $15,888... the dealer checked on-line & came to find out it was the same car!!! :banana: I am just so glad I made him check on-line!!! :cheer:
Then the dealer asked us about the financing part & Blair told him that if they could match or better our credit union's interest rate we would definitely give it to them... and they did!!! We're even paying less than we had budget for!!!
So, we came home with a beautiful dark grey 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor & we love it!!! We are thrilled!! Though I do have to admit that I'm a little scared to drive such a newer car :errr: I told Blair that I was gonna be parking in the back for now on, that walking was good for us :lol:
