I am 41 and had a emergency hysterectomy 3 yrs ago and i have no children. That was always my dream to at least have one baby. I go through a lot of emotional pain because of this. I was wondering if theres anyone else around here that can relate to this. If so i would love to hear from you. thanks Dianne

Hi Dianne, I can't relate to what you are saying because I've never had a hysterectomy, but I did want to offer you some support and encouragment! I imagine that is a very difficult thing to go though... :(

I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I have infertility, my DH and I, and we had to do IVF. I am pg from IVF but having lots of bleeding, clotting and complications, and I'm so worried about losing the baby and never having any myself. So, I can understand your feelings. Have you thought of adoption or foster care to fulfill your dream? I am very interested in international adoption and I think you can still be a mother and have your dreams come true. There are children without homes that would love to have a loving mother like you. :) hang in there

Hi Diane, as well I have not had to go thru what you have, It has always been a fear of mine. My husband and I have been TTC for about 3 years with no luck and the pain that we have endured during those 3 years has been horrible. I can just imagine what you are going thru. Please know that I will be thinking of you and praying that one way or another you will become a mom !
