In less than 48 hours we went from having our first showing on our home that's been listed for 8 weeks, receiving an offer an 1.5 hours after the showing, closing that deal, making an offer on another home, to being proud new owners of our next money pit....

Wish us luck gals! They called, they're coming to do the home inspection tomorrow at 1. It's just this guy & his son, so hopefully they won't be too picky! Keep your fingers crossed.

AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! This guy is freakin' anoying the sh*t out of me! I wish he'd pull his head out of his butt & just sign the freakin' paper work already!

The guy came to do the home inspection, but his son didn’t, didn’t want to get up on the roof in our weather today. He wouldn’t sign off on our realtor’s paper work, said he wants to talk to his realtor but told our gal that there’s nothing to worry about. He was measuring the ½ bath for putting in a shower & asked if our realtor thought we’d have a problem if he brought his mom by in 2 weeks to see her new home.

So based on that, Robin (our realtor), Eric & I all believe he won’t contest anything, that he just wants his realtor to hold his hand when he signs the paper work. His realtor is supposed to be getting back from vacation today. So if we’re really lucky, we’ll have an answer by tomorrow, but we could go as long as Monday @ 6PM before this is all finalized.

That’s where we sit in a nut shell.
