* 1 power point for each year you have been a member
* 1 power point for each 1000 posts you have
* You can only give 10 reputation hits (?) within 24 hours
* You have to hit 10 different users before going back to the same one. (ie, I tested on Nichole yesterday, so I can't repute her again until I repute 10 other people)
* It follows that you can't give the same person reputation more than once a day.

There is really no way to look at what you've left for other people as far as I know. I've had the same problem forgetting who I've given rep to.
