Your darkest secrets

:errr: I am traumatized now!!
I could write a list of what has happened to my body!!!
The saddest of all is my perky, bouncy & happy boobies are now sad, saggy, sorry looking things that slightly resemble grapefruits in a pair of old socks.
ATTRACTIVE!!
The minute my kids are old enough to look after themselves I have a date with a plastic surgeon to breath some life back into them!

Mine are smaller than grapefruits. More like lemons.
And I hate my squishy, wrinkly stomach that needs about two feet of excess skin removed. I don't have stretch marks though!
I just read a "plastic surgery gone wrong" article in Glamour last night. The pictures were horrifying.

I hate how my stomach looks like a balloon whose air has been taken out and is all flabby.
And my tush (backside) has grown... working on getting rid of it.
My hair is horrible now ... but maybe that will change after I stop nursing.
My BBs are not what they used to be. Right now they are lovely thanks to BFing .... but once I stop they will resemble my stomach LOL...

I had stretch marks from about 20 weeks with my first pregnancy, it looks like a tiger has scratched me straight down the middle of my stomach.
I don't care what horror story you can tell me about plastic surgery, I am going to do my research and I am going to get it done! I need to get a MAJOR tummy tuck too, I have a massive saddle bag that hangs over, and that is just not from pregnancy but from being overweight and losing it, the skin had no where to go but down :blue:

Oh, Deb, I wasn't trying to say that surgery was awful and mean anything bad about you considering it. I would love to do it too. That was just on my mind because I read that last night.

 Oh I know, just pointing out how passionatley I want it done  I have seen those horror pictures too, so scary! but I promised myself I would do my research and not rush into anything!

I can't believe I'm posting this either but I got horrible, painful, ugly, huge varicose veins down there (and I don't mean in back, either). Luckily it got better post-partum.

I got Hemroids for the first time. It was so awful. Only after Alyssa (WHO I DIDN"T PUSH..she sort of fell out  )

How sad is it that I'm jealous of your lemons. Mine are more like mosquito bites. :complain:
My feet are bigger now. I used to be a 6 1/2, now I'm a 7 1/2.
Nice, smaller boobs - bigger feet.

You know this Amanda, but my friend had that too. And referred to it as her "elephantitis of the crotch"

Well, my previously incredibly perky boobies (that were a B) are now deflated pudding sacks (that are an A). However, it was worth it. I would like to get them re-inflated someday if I get over the fear of surgery and have the money.
I strange one is that my hips are now smaller than they were pre-3 kids :heee:

My fingers got smaller. I had to size down my engagement ring from a 7 to a 5.5...

Skin tags!! Those are the weirdest things......
My belly is also a big, flabby mess :bawl: and my ass is bigger. :( I weighed less after Alex than I did before him.....but NONE of my pre-Alex clothes fit at all. :(
After this one arrives though, that's changing!! :) I'm going to get serious about getting myself back into shape and I'll get back into my old clothes for sure.
My feet are also bigger - 7.5 to an 8.5

Yes Shannon, the icky skin tags! :dead:
Also, flabby tummy and my feet grew a little, too. But what's annoying is they're between sizes. Too big for 8.5 but the 9s look like boats because they're a little too big. :gah:

I have the exact problem as Nichole. My 8.5 size feet grew but not to a full 9.
I have a lovely flap of belly that hangs over my c-sec scar.

Ugh. My (facial) skin took a turn for the worse for about 1.5 years. It was greasy, acne prone and all around icky. I definitely look so much older now because of it. I also have a red-like mask to my face and white racoon eyes. I look like I spent too much time under a sun lamp. Lovely.
My 8.5 feet are now 8.75. Too big for an 8.5 but too small for 9s.
My fingers are smaller now too. My wedding bands are always sliding around.

 Yes... that would be a good way to describe it. I had that with Jacob. I honestly thought there was something wrong with me. It was rather uncomfortable to say the least.

I am sitting here with throbbing feet in the size 9 shoes I went and bought last week. I am thinking that instead of going from an 8.5 to a 9, they may be a 9.25. 9.5's were too big.
Why can't we just wear slippers?

Yeah...what's up with the skin tags? :wtf: I have like 5 of them now!!!

Ugh. Me too. The dermatologist said it was just hormones and aging, but I like to blame it on the kids.:shhh:

My poor boobies feel like pudding sacks. They just hang now. They're bigger than before I was PG, even though I weigh now what I did before. I'm trying to lose weight now and I'm hoping they go back down!
I have stretch marks all over and my belly hangs over my c-section scar. Ick. I'm also hoping if I lose some weight that will help.

Flabby belly..icky flabby belly...and my feet are bigger from 9 to a 9.5 now..
...ughm...what are skin tags?
Nichole
November 6th, 2006, 03:46 PM
Those weird little pieces of skin that hang off like a tag, Lena. They look like you'd be able to just yank it off, but they're too attached and bleed like a mofo if you do. They're usually under your arms or where your bra rubs.
I forgot to mention the weird mask thing, too. I've got some funky melasma spots right under each eye. Lovely.

My rings don't fit my fingers either. I finally just had a ring resized, but I haven't had my wedding band resized. I really should--my fingers didn't fatten up after J was born.
I also notice my fingernails are more brittle after having J. I used to have really strong ones. :dunno:

Oh yeah, Nichole. That's a good one, I have a yellowish colour change around my eyes, I have to mask it with make up. But that could be from being tired all the time too :dunno:

Flabby sack...once a nice tight tummy
Bigger feet and my boobs haven't shrimpled back much....DH likes it
After Kyle, I have acne problems and nasty facial hair now.

Why didn't this thread start before I was pregnant! It's all worth it though, right?

November 6th, 2006, 06:21 PM
Uh, sure. :scan:
Kidding! Of course it is! If we knew about this stuff before getting pregnant, we might be a little more hesitant. It's the dirty little secret of moms. :shhh:

Totally worth it to me!!!! Worst come to worst, I am going the Deb route and getting surgically enhanced!

OMG, I'm getting one too. :faint: Mine isn't huge or anything just yet, but it's definitely there. :dead: I hope it goes away after delivery. :crossfing I've also developed them on my legs too. :disbelief
And the usual... saggy boobs, flabby belly w/tons of stretch marks. Yeah, I'm gorgeous.
