Here's her response to my email:

I am okay. I start physical therapy this week and have been out of the office alot. Accordingly, I've had some work issues and home issues and have just been up to my eyeballs in stuff.

I got an e-mail that my sub was expiring and I need to renew it but haven't gotten the chance to log on. I can't log on to much from work and nights have become quite tiresome due to various things.

We had been dealing with a leukemia scare with Jacob, so alot of my energies had been focused to that. He had his appointment on the 24th and his pediatrician thinks he just needs iron as he shows no signs/symptoms. She is just keeping an eye on him closely. We have had a few ER runs and today is the girl's birthday.

I think I have some mild depression, and am exhausted, but other than that, I'm okay :)

I really appreciate the concern, though :) It makes me realize how much I miss all y'all! I won't be home until late, late tonight, so I doubt I get on tonight, but please let Sheila know that I do want to renew and will do so as soon as I can get logged in to do it :)

Alyssa is doing well- she and I IM'd just yesterday. :) I think she decided to take a break from boards for a while. She's crazy busy at work, still trying to sell her house, etc.

She had a thing on Myspace but she locked that to only friends. I don't know much about her.

Thanks for the FYI on Alyssa. I wasn't a journal buddy w/ her, but I loved her posts (especially the naming the children threads!) and feel like she is a big part of this community.

I"m glad Shanna is okay and I'm very glad to see that people are missed....makes this place feel like home (my DH already says I'm addicted..yeah yeah whateva ehhe)
