Thanks for opening up, Becky! I've been noticing some odd things around here lately.
I mentioned this earlier at Ana's, but I noticed a couple of people "testing out" her caskets by climbing into them. I suppose it could be that they want to make sure they order the right size for when they pass, but it just struck me as a little odd and thought it was worth mentioning.

I wondered about that too! A visitor told me they saw Ana climbing out of one but she's in the biz, so maybe that's just routine business? I did think it was odd that they said she had the lid closed, but I know she's very dedicated to doing things "right".

Brydgyt, I think you should also officially report that strange wolf like sound you heard somewhere. I am very concerned about that - for obvious reasons considering my shop here in town.
Also, there have been reports of strange activity at the Inn.

Oh yes, good thinking. Earlier this morning I heard wolves howling out behind the shop. I went outside but I didn't see any animals. I did however, see Stacey on her way to her scrap shop, but I haven't gotten a chance to ask her what she heard or saw.

Thank you Nichole. Without ears and 'eyes' of our OUALville villagers we wouldn't know all the stuff going on around here. I will investigate things going on over at Ana's and report back firm details when available.

Brydgyt, did you hear this sound behind YOUR shop or did you hear this sound behind Stacey's shop while you were spying on Stacey's activites?

:scan: Well I stepped out back to dump the trash in the dumpster and heard the howling sounds. I looked around to see what it was, because I've always been scared of wolves, ever since one Halloween as a child... while checking around I saw Stacey on her way to work. I noticed her because I wanted to ask her about an all night crop.
I'm not a spy, I keep to myself! I'm quiet and support my local community. I don't go out after dark and cause trouble... and I offer good value at my store!

Becky, what do you know of the death of late Frank Kozumello (whose mansion I acquired for my coffee shop and a store)? I heard that he was taken by some strange things....ppl heard screeches and screams, and somebody claimed they saw a shadow flying....

A pint of AB- has dissapeared from the bank. We have a great security system but the blood was stolen while we were doing a transfer to the regional bank.
Please help

Someone followed me tonight. It was after I reported the blood as stolen. I went to the pie in the sky to get a bite and almost got bit! I think a vampire followed me in my way to the bank. Thank goodness I could get shelter at the family restaurant.
Many people were around. I noticed that Bridget called the restaurant after I entered, maybe she wanted to check if I saw how was following me. Silke and Amy were nearby also. I don't know everyone looks suspicious.
I'm scared

The reason I was in the casket was because my heel broke and I fell inside and the door closed on me. Talk about scarey and now I'm so embarrassed that someone actually saw me. I really need to get to Kelly's shoe store and myself some work shoes.

Thievery is everywhere!!! In addition to the stolen blood, someone apparently stole a key from Silke and then dropped it in one of Brydgyt's vaults. (What is in those vaults, anyway?) I am going to take a close look at my inventory today, as well as my safe, to make sure no one steals my valuables.
Hum, speaking of which, I need to check on Silke and getting some of those necklaces.

Yes, I've been so busy checking my inventory that I failed to make a proper police report.
I noticed yesterday that my last copy of Vampires for Dummys was gone, so I decided to do some checking downstairs in our stock rooms (the vaults as we call them). I found a key down there and things seemed to be "disturbed". It took me a while, but I've only found one thing missing: several yards of featherweight chain mail fabric. It's black fabric (black as night!) that is so strong it's resistent to almost anything - and that would include silver bullets and stakes! Whoever it was seemed to know what they were looking for! The only person I had told about the cloth was Silke but by then the theft had already happened!

The OUALville Music store is going to host a free music concert on the square on Thursday. I was hoping that you could help with some additional police presence. We will have some tight security, all concert goers will need to pass by a mirror before they are allowed into the square.

Deb, stay in the bar and keep your children with you. No one is safe in OUALville! We've had a reported death this morning.
Watch the characters that enter your bar. I'm sending my new recruit Hilary to patrol.

Failure to make a proper report can be punishable by law.
Brydgyt, weren't you looking to wear a long, black cape?

On what grounds? I've never made any secret out of the fact that we call our basement vaults, or that our store is built on top of an old brewery with lots of storage. The dark and cool environment is perfect for magical herbs and ointments. Plus, it's great for sleeping late when you want to get away from the world for a while.

Becky, I think maybe your police hat is too tight. I did make a report. I have to protect the safety of my children and to make sure one of them didn't get into something I checked over all my inventory BEFORE filing a report. I wouldn't want to waist your time when you could be catching vamps!
And no, I sell cloth suitable for capes, but I wasn't looking for one.

Becky, I need to report theft. Someone stole a dagger from the Home Spendings Store at The Mansion...it was a dagger from our "Rest In Peace" collection, a quite valuable collectors' item. Mama said that she found it, and it was used to make a blood withdrawal.

What is going on at the police department???? Law enforcement is useless in this city! We have had three fair citizens taken from us in as many days!!! Including one of your own! What have you got to say for yourselves? Where is the chief? What is she doing about this situation? What has she learned about the remaining vampires? WHERE IS OUR PROTECTION????
