Our family is in desperate need of a new black cat, and maybe a couple of rats. Do you have book The care and feeding of your family rat?
Stacey

What a quaint little shop, Sandy. You don't have a sniveling little rat called Scabbers, do you? If so, be warned that he is a rat... in every sense of the word. I hate that guy. He's a total puss.

Ooh, I've heard about him, Stacey. He makes me sick with his sniveling and sneakiness. :disbelief

I know him, too. Haven't seen him around lately though.
Sandy
October 2nd, 2006, 02:07 PM
Becky, we have a large assortment of black cats of all ages. Would you prefer a kitten, or a little bit older?
Brandi, same question to you re: cats. What happened to your old cat? What was his/her name? As for rats, we have plenty to choose from! We do have that book in stock.
Stacey, I looked through my shop and didn't see any new rat that may be that Scabbers of which you speak. Whose rat is he? How do you know him? What does he look like? I will keep my eyes open.
Bridget
October 2nd, 2006, 02:08 PM
I saw Scabbers in my shop the other day right after I put out some poison. Sorry but he wasn't wearing a tag.
Stacey

Stacey, I looked through my shop and didn't see any new rat that may be that Scabbers of which you speak. Whose rat is he? How do you know him? What does he look like? I will keep my eyes open.
Well, he's missing a finger for one thing. (Is that what you call them on a rat? ) He's got beady little eyes, and he will turn his back on you in an instant if he thinks an enemy of yours has more power. He's very weak like that. Be careful. You really can't trust a rat. Now, bats... they're cool. ;)
Bridget
October 2nd, 2006, 02:14 PM
Do you sell Iguana Chow? I'd love to have a cat but my iguana is cranky.
Scabbers seems really creepy. Perhaps if we seem him around here again we can feed to him to one of your snakes!!
How did you get into the bats n rats trade? Family business?
sheila
October 2nd, 2006, 02:26 PM
:lol2: Scabbers. Do you have a cat I could call Crankshaft? That should take care of Scabbers...
AmyP

:secret:It's Crookshanks, Sheila. :giggle:

Darnit! I knew it was something. I started with Shawshank, and I knew that wasn't right.

To answer your questions...I'm looking for a young cat, not quite a kitten, but one with a lot of life left in her. I prefer a female cat, as they are generally smarter, and don't spray all over. Our last cat, Minerva, just went missing one day.
Stacey
October 2nd, 2006, 02:32 PM
Crankshaft :lol2: OMG, if I ever get a cat, that will be its name.
Sandy
October 2nd, 2006, 02:33 PM
I have a wide assortment of Iguana foods Brydyt!!! I am sure we have just what you need. How is that vermin problem at your shop? Did the poison work? I got into this business because I just love animals! It all started with me obtaining my trusty companion, my german shepard El Diablo. He watches out for me. Anyone else have a dog?
Humm, everyone seems to know about this scabbers but me. Anyone know what happened to his finger?
Plenty of cats to choose from Sheila! Although I am unfamiliar w/ all these references!!!
Jessica
October 2nd, 2006, 02:34 PM
I don't think my two cats would take kindly to another pet in the house, but I could stand to stock up on cat food! Two bags of whatever your best brand is, please!
AmyP
October 2nd, 2006, 02:34 PM
Do you have any newts available?
Stacey
October 2nd, 2006, 02:37 PM
Sandy, I think a guy named Harry Potter could fill you in on some details about Scabbers and Crookshanks. ;)
gulp!
October 2nd, 2006, 02:41 PM
Yeah, that Harry Potter. He's trouble.
Hey, speaking of dogs- looks like I've got some guests arriving soon, and will need to beef up my chains and studded collars for their dogs. You got any? I'd prefer the silver spiked collars, if you've got them in stock.
Sandy
October 2nd, 2006, 03:03 PM
Oooo I have heard of the legendary Harry Potter.
You are all in luck ladies!!! Jessica, I have set aside two bags for you. 40lb bags too big? I love newts, Amy, so we have some just waiting to be your best friend!!! I also, unfortunately, have had some die in the past, and have a small collection of their eyes on hand, should anyone need any.
Well, I am a huge dog lover and it is reflected in the enormous stock of dog items I have on hand in my shop. Although I am not a fan of chaining up dogs, I do carry a small selection of chains. I love spiked collars! I wear them myself, on occassion. I also love the way El D looks in a silver spiked collar, so I have a variety of styles and shapes on hand. I am always pleased to hear about the opportunity to meet new animals. I will have to see if I can meet these new tenants of your inn that you are expecting.

Bev
October 2nd, 2006, 03:52 PM
I have a puppy, Jinx and a black cat, Chester. I need food for both. As well as my other two cats. :)
Can you put it on my tab or shall I take the total off your next grocery bill? I'm very trusting of others. :)
Sandy
October 2nd, 2006, 05:04 PM
I can order any type of food you want, Brandi Jo. I noticed you said your dogs are older, do you need a senior type of brand for them?
A tab would be fab, Beverly, thanks!
Brandi Jo
October 2nd, 2006, 05:07 PM
Oh no, they don't need special senior formula yet, they've got a couple hundred years before they need the senior formula!
Sandy
October 2nd, 2006, 05:10 PM
Ok, sure thing. I will order you some Hell Chow. I'm sorry, I'm not familiar w/ where you work? Let me know and I will be sure to either have it delivered or give you a call when it comes in.

Sandy, I just opened up our StarDust Coffee &Home Spendings Mansion....and what mansion goes without a few black cats? I need 3, I think...kittens with screeching abilities, preferrably.
Brandi Jo
October 2nd, 2006, 05:12 PM
I'm actually between jobs right now.I'm busily looking, you'd think with all the new business someone would be hiring some help. Just give me a call when it gets in. 555-555-6666.

I am always keeping an eye open for job opportunities for people. What skills do you have? Any restrictions for the type of job you are looking for?
Brandi Jo
October 2nd, 2006, 05:32 PM
I have all sorts of skills. Typing, filing, waitress, with 5 dogs and 1 cat, plenty of animal care experience. Willing to work for a mere pittance.

Do you carry any wolfdog food? Slayer prefers his food fresh.
stass
October 2nd, 2006, 06:20 PM
Do you carry Scooby snacks? My husband's brother's friends are coming in their van and their dog, Scooby, really likes them. I guess they are coming to look into the vampire activity here. Last I heard they were in search of a group of Pirate Ghosts.

Sandy, I'll take a couple newts and a few spare eyes if you have any. You never know when you'll need some eye of newt, and I wouldn't want to kill my new best friends! Are they good with cats?
Sandy
October 3rd, 2006, 09:30 AM
Sorry I didn't respond to your inquires last night folks. I was heading over to see Alice Cooper! I didn't want to miss that!!! I left a little earlier than usual due to all the fog/mist that was around my shop. I didn't want to be late for the concert.
That is certainly an unusual breed, mama. Must certainly be a mixed breed. I see he has gone missing during the night. Any luck he returned this morning? By the way, who did you hire on as your new banker?
Brandi, I could use some part time help from 9am-2pm. Can you fill this position for me?
Lena, plenty of black cats to choose from. Their screeching ability is unparallelled!!! They were particularly riled up last night when I left the shop, in fact.
What wolfdog food are you referencing, Silke? We can stock whatever you like, but need to know what you want b/c storage space for some types of fresh food can be limited.
Scooby snacks abound at Bats n' Rats!
Amy, two newts for you! Plus some eyes! My newts are used to being around cats, since we have so many at the shop, so you should be in good shape. Careful w/ those eyes, though. Put into the wrong concoction and they can be powerful. In a bad way.

Sandy
October 3rd, 2006, 01:39 PM
Fantastic Brandi Jo!!! I will have you working at the park tomorrow at the PAWS event. I may not be in attendance as I have an unexpected conflict that came up, but I will be sure all the vendors get their goods to the proper location. I believe an old friend is coming into town who specializes in some of the more exotic animals we have to show. Thankfully you also have a wide range of experience with domestic breeds.
Humm. Silke, I don't have a lot of blood around the shop (scared of vampires) but will see what I can come up with for your needs.

Sandy, just dropped in to mention that I have found an extra copy of that map you wanted so much. Again, it details all the residences and businesses of OUALville by name. Very handy. I found it stuck inside my Gymbucks envelope. Anyway, I'll drop it off. I know how important it was for you to have it. No charge to you my friend.

Sandy
October 4th, 2006, 02:53 PM
We are having a successful showing at the park today!!! I had a doctor's appt to keep today, so was unable to attend the event until now. My helpers (who I had to hire from outside the town when Brandi Jo failed to show up this morning....) have told me that the food from the Family Restaurant (now known at the italian joint) have been a big hit. Particularly the punch!!!
Our special guest is Adolf Herzog, world renowned trainer of killer attack dogs. He has created the Weimerbullshepard breed, known to fight to the death (against the dead and the undead, when necessary) to protect its owner. We are taking orders NOW for one of these very intelligent, loyal but ferocious dogs. Delivery is guaranteed in three days, regardless of the amount ordered.

That breed sounds interesting. Do you have a picture?
Darcy
October 4th, 2006, 02:59 PM
Glad the showing is going well. I was hoping to stop by today, but my helper didn't show, so I'm watching all the kids myself. It's a little crazy here. :tearhair: I'm so going to need a drink after the last kid is picked up!
Sandy

No photos yet of this new, highly exclusive breed, but it is a mix of these well known attack dogs:

Thanks!

Glad to do it Lynn!
Also, for all the prior inquires, we today received two shipments of black cats. Please have a look and let me know which type you prefer

Thanks for the map Brydgyt! It came in handy last night....I'm still alive!!!
Mama, you know, I saw some strange creature very briefly last night as I was leaving the shop. I can't say for sure that it was your Muffin b/c the fog was so thick around my shop, but it certainly seemed to walk on all fours. At least briefly....
Sandy

For superior protection, place your orders today!!!! The vampires are taking one victim a night - you can't be too careful too soon!!!

I'm going to adopt one of Muffin's babies. :) Can I order some....puppy....food from you?
Sandy
October 5th, 2006, 05:08 PM
Hello Shannon!!! I have some of the roadkill mix for Muffin so I can modify it for a puppy. I will have it ready for you in the hour. Did you want to pick it up or shall I drop it at the bank? I have been at the concert today a good bit and feel a bit scatterbrained.
Girlo
October 5th, 2006, 08:35 PM
I have some errands to run today, so if you want to bring it by the bank tonight, that would be great! :) Plus...you could keep me company....you know, safety in numbers. :hide:
Thanks Sandy!!

WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE OF OUALVILLE??????
I am a pillar of this community, a sister/friend to all of you, and you accuse me of being a VAMPIRE?????????????????? I am shocked!!!! I am trying to outfit each and every one of you with a ruthless attack dog to keep you safe, but yet you think I hold ill will. Well I NEVER.

Sandy..... :hug99: I'm sorry you had such a rough night. :hug99: I can vouch that you not once tried to suck all my blood out while you delivered Kimchee's food and kept me company for a little while during my shift. :)
gulp!
October 6th, 2006, 09:37 AM
Sorry, Sandy. :shuffle: You know how this witch hunts can be. Hey.... you're not a witch, are you?
To make up for it, we'll take two attack dogs off your hands. I'm just not comfortable in my own Inn anymore. :errr:
Sandy
October 6th, 2006, 09:42 AM
A witch? A Witch? I WISH I was a witch. I need to check with Silke and Brydgyt about that!!!!! Then I would cast an evil spell over all you!!!!!
Well, I will get over it. I understand how everyone is jumpy with all of these attacks going on.
Orders for the attack dogs help. As do free drinks at the bar. And free shoes (like Mama got). These will certainly hasten my forgiveness.
Nichole
October 6th, 2006, 11:52 AM
Sorry, Sandy. :shuffle: I hate that I'm so suspicious of my friends these days. I hope you can find it in your generous heart to forgive.
I've chipped in at the Kickass Shoe Shoppe for your Manolos. :heee:
Jessica
October 6th, 2006, 12:26 PM
Sorry everyone thought you were a vampire. :blush1: You can have any treatment of your choice at the Beauty Shop for free. Hope that helps make up for it.
Also, I'd like to place an order for an attack dog. I want one that will guard the shop. It's open late, and I want me and my employees to be safe!

Since at least one of you two is a vampire, I can't believe a thing either of you say.:jack:
To think I was hanging out with Shannon last night when she very well could be one of the pregnant vampires:freak3:
Thank you Stef and Jessica for your patronage. I will deliver the dogs to your work places in a bit. Keep an eye out for my advertisements on training these killers. Jessica, I will also set up an appt. I am thinking about what I want done.

HEY! Are you talking to ME? :scan: Are you saying I'm a :dracula: !! Listen chickie! I know I'm pale and everything but that's a pretty loose connection!
I'm gonna hop on over to the Beauty Shop for a spray on tan if it'll allay any more suspicions about me!
