I don't know that I enjoy it. I read it if someone posts it here and I am often amazed by what I read but I don't seek it out :dunno:

I don't buy the gossip magazines, my main exposure to it is in the grocery line or at the Dr's office or on here. And I must say I do enjoy the "fluff" reading part of it, the no brain necessary aspect. I never believe any of it (as most people know from my endless defense of most celebrities) and I can actually get pretty annoyed when I read some of it...

I do. No idea why. :dunno: My two favorite gossip sites are egotastic.com (mainly because it serves as a link to all these other gossip sites and so I can get a full dose just by going one place!) and gofugyourself.typepad.com.

I buy my gossip magazines...I go faithfully every week to get them when they come out.

I seek it out. At the grocery, I find the longest line and I read People, US Weekly, and Star while I wait to checkout.

I also enjoy it. I don't always seek it out, but sometimes I will if I'm bored. It's sort of like a soap opera and an easy escape from real life worries, I guess. I do take a lot of it with a grain of salt, though.

Yes, but I can't quite explain why! I give my sister a sub. to US Weekly for Christmas each year, and then she gives me a stack of issues every 4-6 weeks. So I read a lot there. I started checking out Perez Hilton's site every now and again. And my Yahoo and MSN both come up daily with major gossipy stories, so that is often the first way I hear of big things.

I like it. I don't necessarily believe it, but I like it. I subscribe to Who magazine (our version of People) but I never have time to read it so I'm always about 3 weeks late on the gossip. I'll read it on here but I don't seek out gossip sites.

I used to like watching ET but have given that up b/c it was always spoiling shows for me. B/c we're behind with American tv shows, I got sick of watching ET and having them say who got voted out of Survivor or what happened in the Lost finale. I don't like spoilers.

I live for celebrity gossip because I'm shallow, and apparently far too easily amused by vapid commentary, ruthless criticism and pointless fashion. :lol:

I watch it on TV, I stand in the longest line at the grocery store to read magazines for free, I look at them at the bookstore, and I look at stuff online (gofugyourself is a favorite).

I get sick of a lot of the usual suspects though and don't even bother with a lot of the cover articles. I love the "dirt" but my favorites are fashion shots, candid picks, and articles on their homes.

People Magazine is my favorite! I can read that stupid shit and not ever worry about not finishing an article because it's something I can come back whenever. Like Bridget says, it's my time to be shallow.
