The other day a girlfriend commented on two people that were "pashing" at our party and we just lost it with laughter, I hadn't heard it called that in YEARS!

Now obviously I am talking about full on french kissing. What name/s did you call it in highschool.

I remember in the latter years it was also simply described as "getting on to" or "got on to"

I've never heard 'pashing.' It was making out, kissing, "slipping the tongue", "getting some tongue action." I'm sure boys called it lots more descriptive terms that I never heard of. :shuffle:

Also playing chess, although that was just in our group. Long story short, we were playing one of those kissing in the closet games at a party and friends of ours who were dating at the time spent a LONG time in the closet. We opened the door on them and they were playing a travel sized game of chess just to mess with everyone's head and think they were spending a lot of time kissing and who-knows-what.

We also had this weird term called "being with" someone. That basically meant making out with them (and maybe some groping, but nothing serious) for that night. Like if we were out, some guy might come up and start asking us what we thought about one of his friends because his friend wanted to "be with" one of us. That sounds all random how I just said it, but it was basically if you had a crush on someone, you'd ask them to be with you... and it meant kissing, etc while you were out that night. Sometimes it led to being with each other on other nights (and maybe an actual relationship); sometimes it didn't.

I think it was tonguing, frenching, making out when I lived in South Dakota. Here in CA, it was macking or hooking up (which could also involve more than kissing ;)).

Making out is the one I remember. I went to catholic girls school in 9th grade and those were some of the most wild girls around! Maybe it was the lack of boys during the day :dunno:

Making out is what we usually said unless we didn't like who we were talking about then we'd say sucking face or tonsil hockey :lol: We'd also say "hooking up" which these days does not mean making out :lol:
