According to my aunt, that's because you're in Georgia. She said after moving there from MD, she was absolutely flabbergasted at the way 1/4 inch paralyzes the whole place and they start talking about the kids sleeping at their schools. :lol:

Oh, I agree Anne! I start pulling out the sweaters when the temp gets just under 70 degrees here. When I lived in Virginia that was still tank tops and shorts weather. :lol: I've become such a wuss!

I hate snow and cold. I'd pick the heat any day, as long as I had A/C! :) The thought of having to put all those clothes on the kids makes me want to move to somewhere in the Caribbean.

Man I can't get over some of the heights of the snow! Especially the one of Becky's roof and Lettes back table! that is AMAZING! I have never seen anything like that!

And I agree with Clare, if we had snow it would be like a natural disaster! :lol: no one would know what to do!.. we freak out when we get frost on our cars :lol2:

Believe me Deb, it's not just you guys, there are people here that act like snow is a natural disaster and all of the sudden forget how to drive in it :rolleyes: someone at work mentioned the S word the other day, I nearly slapped her for swearing :lol: have I mentioned how much I HATE snow? :lol:

Same here, I cannot even fathom having that much snow!!
Over here it would be a major disaster but I would like it a lot better than the sleet/ice storms we have around here which thankfully were only a couple last winter. Everything comes to a halt and I will not drive because they're so many people who do not know what to do and that scares the s**t out of me :errr:
