It seems like a lot of our kiddos have been a flowergirl or ring bearer in weddings lately. So post those pictures, and tell any funny stories!
Here's Riley at my brother's wedding June 3.

The other bridesmaids went, then the other flower girl. I get Riley to the door, remind her to go slow (because she was walking really fast at the rehearsal), get flowers on both sides of the aisle and make sure she smiled, then go to Daddy. All things we had rehearsed and talked about for weeks...............
Apparently we had prepared her too much.
While she was walking through the back part of the sanctuary where there were no pews, I snuck in and over to watch. She slowly walked her way to the first set of pews, STOPPED, dug in her basket for both lavendar petals and green leaves because she apparently needed both, dropped a few on the right, then dug back in and dropped to her left. Then she took 2-3 teeny steps, STOPPED at the next pew, dug in for petals, dropped to the right, dug back in, dropped to the left, then a few teeny steps to the next row of pews, and STOPPED again. For TWENTY FIVE ROWS OF PEWS! It seriously took her FIVE minutes to walk down the aisle.
I was dying laughing, my brother was cracking up, David is standing up front as a groomsman trying to get her attention as nonchalantly as he can to tell her to hurry and everyone in the church is giggling. My mom was in the front row and said after the first flower girl came down she heard tittering in the back, then giggling and by the time she could see the top of Riley's head and see what she was doing, everyone was laughing. She FINALLY got to the front, stepped up in front of David, turned around and gave me a huge smile and big old thumbs up. Then she saw Jacob in the back and gave him thumbs up and then my mom! The cutest freaking thing EVER!!!
Kaleb and Jacob were ushers, and David was a groomsmen. Poor O wasn't old enough or he would have been the ring bearer :)
