I read the Baby Whisperer's books when I was pg, and have to say found her advice really useful.

As a first time mum, her advice has helped me a lot to try and decipher what the cries are all about and has helped with sleeping.

Just interested to know if anyone else used her routines etc. Did you 'baby whisper' and if so, how did you find it?

Yep, it helped a lot. Especially the E-A-S-Y routine (although now after four years I don't remember what those all stand for anymore! :lol: )

I wanted too, especially since most in my playgroup read it but Paige was born a month early and was colicky and I just never had the time to read it :tearhair: never thought to get the audio version from the library until it was too late :duh:

We did a lot of it too.
