Whose eye color do your kid(s) have? Same as both of my grandmothers - blue! We were initially really confused because my eyes are green and DH's eyes are brown, but it took looking at some old pictures and asking an aunt to confirm that my father's mother and my mother's mother both had blue eyes. Makes sense, since blue eyes are one of those recessive things that skip a generation.

Greg and I both have brown eyes. Liam also has brown eyes. However, Norah has blue eyes. Both my mom and MIL have blue eyes, so that's where I figure Norah gets hers. That's my official story, anyway. :)

We both have brown eyes, although Kai's are darker than mine. I also have two different colored eyes - one is lighter and one is darker but they're both brown. :lol: The kids eyes are brown, too, but Ahna's have a hazel tint to them as well, which comes from my mother.

All 3 of my kids have blue eyes. Michael and I have blue eyes too. :nod: My Mom has blue eyes, my Dad has brown. No idea what color Michael's parent's eyes are since he's adopted.

Mine are the same brown and Paul's are hazel. I would say Alex's eyes are closest to my color. :) I'm hoping #2 (whenever they come) will have lighter eyes (blue, green, hazel) for a change.

Mine are green, dh's are hazel, dd's are hazel and ds' are green. My mom has green eyes, my dad had brown. DH's parents are hazel.

Believe it or not, I've never ever seen our mailman. We have a stupid pod of mailboxes at the end of the street.

Both of my boys have their daddy's gorgeous blue eyes.

I have hazel (brown/green) eyes. My dad also has blue eyes and Brendon's family all have blue eyes, so I wasn't surprised when my boys ended up with blue.

My mom has brown eyes and my dad's are green. I think FIL's are blue, no idea on MIL as I don't know her. :lol:

I have dark brown, Chris has bluish-gray. Norah & Elliott have brown and Aidan has sky-blue, which are the same color as both of my brother's eyes (they got blue from my dad, I got brown from my mom).

I have dark brown eyes. David has blueish gray eyes. Both my parents have/had brown eyes and I am not sure about my inlaws (I guess I need to look at their eyes next time :blush: ). I think they are both blue but I am not sure. Emma has brown eyes but the tone reminds me of how my Mom's were. Before she was born, I was hoping that she would get David's eye colour which I love. We will see about this baby.

Olivia has blue eyes that are EXACTLY like mine in every way, even down to the shape.

Kaden's eyes are blue right now with little specks of brown. We are thinking that his eyes may turn brown like dh's. :dunno:

My mom's eyes are hazel and my dad's eyes are blue. MIL has blue eyes and FIL has brown eyes. My sister has blue eyes and Dh's sister has hazel eyes and his brother had blue eyes.

And our mailman is a woman too and I have no idea what color eyes she has. :lol:

Both Dugan and Isabelle's eyes are Blue. My eyes and DH's eyes are also Blue. My Mothers eyes are Green, my Fathers are Blue. I believe that my DH's parents eyes are both Blue as well.

Lindsey's eyes were a dark brown when born and stayed that way and then turned lighter and lighter to a hazel. One eye is now turning blue though while the other is staying hazel/brown. So, either the other eye will eventually turn blue or she'll just have 2 different eye colors.

DR's is a dark brown and they may turn lighter, but who knows??

Amelia has light brown/hazel eyes (brown but with a definite hint of green in them), and I think Alexander is going to have dark brown like his Mama!

My poor DH is keeping his fingers crossed that #3 has his blue eyes! :lol: I'm just thrilled that our children have *something* to indicate that I'm their mother - they both look SO much like DH otherwise!

Mine are blue, Lee's are brown. Caroline and Courtney have blue eyes... Tatum had blue eyes until very recently... now I think they could be hazel, b/c sometimes they look green or grey, and sometimes blue. She's a chameleon.

So... so far the kids have their dad's eye color. Actucally, I am the only one with green eyes in my family. My parents and sisters all have brown eyes. So do Dh's parents and sisters. So it is not a big surprise they didn;t get green eyes. I got my maternal grandmother's eye color. Yehuda would love to have a kid with green eyes. It's his favorite eye color. Mine is brown. :) I guess in less than 3 weeks we'll know if he got his wiosh this time around. (Not that it matters to him THAT much of course...)
