DH's softball team has a double header on Father's Day. I put together a pot luck list for the families so we could celebrate the dads, dads to be, etc. on the team before the games.
I'm in charge of the main dish, sandwiches. Should I do a big sub sandwich or should I do a sandwich tray with individual sandwiches? The cost difference is only a few dollars. Which way should I go?
Work isn't busy today, so this is weighing heavy on my mind. :locolaugh

I'd go with individual sandwiches

I would go with a meat and cheese tray, some buns and then have some fixens..they can make it themselves and get what they want!

Are the individual sandwiches a variety? If so, I'd go with that. Well, I'd go with that in either case... individual ones seem less messy and easier to transport.

Subs will be more heartier imo for the guy's so that's what I would go with :)

I agree with Jayne, a meat and cheese tray would give everyone a lot of options.

Individual sandwhiches or a meat and cheese tray. That way people have a choice.

I'd do trays of fixins...that sounds like less work for me! :lol2:

Individual sandwiches instead of one big one, since it would offer more variety. It's probably easier to transport the individual ones, too. I'm picturing that big long sandwich on the board.
