Tomorrow, I'll take Aiden to a special Kindermusik class. Then for the rest of the weekend - I'm going to clean. Wooo! I haven't really done any deep cleaning in over a month (since my husband left on a business trip and I've been finishing school), and my house is in complete disarray. I've cleaned the kitchen/bath - but there are toys all over the place.

What do you have planned for the weekend?
Probably going to visit my mom, or go shopping (havent had my weekly fix yet). Tomorrow evening we are supposed to go to Toronto to celebrated DH's friends wifes 40th birthday (got that) and I requested to go for greek food in the Danforth. For the last 4 evenings he is pissing me off and I could care less to spend the evening with him. However its me cause I am PMS'ing something fierce.
Sunday church and the nascar race.

I only have 2 hours left of our Friday! But happy Friday to you guys! :hug99:
My parents leave for Italy tomorrow, so our plans are to go and help them finish off packing and then we are all going to the airport together, (we are doing a test run to see how the kids act there) and of course see them off... then Tony is driving down to Nowra (a small coastal town down the coast) to have a boys weekend with some old school friends. I haven't decided what I will do yet, maybe have some girlfriends over.

It's already raining here and is supposed to rain/storm nonstop all weekend. :(
Otherwise, we're going to finish some painting inside our house and hang out with the kids. That's about it.

Not huge excitement here either - a follow up eye doctor appointment for me today, and had a dentist appointment this morning. Tomorrow DH is taking Caroline to the big park.
So jealous of your meeting up with Stef, Nichole (and of her meeting up with you, of course!) It sounds like it will be fun!

Tomorrow we are doing the March of Dimes WalkAmerica! Probably with some of the gals from my mom's group but still working that out. No other plans just yet!
Our weather will be similar to whatever Nichole gets.

Pam, I heard that the coast is supposed to be cloudy. May Grey already, I guess. ;) Are you inland or on the coast? (We're inland, and this time of year is when we're glad we are. Until August, that is. )

Nichole, we are inland & maybe 10-15 miles from the coast? I'm usually amused by the grey at 1st then anxiously looking forward to seeing the sun. As much as I love Northern CA, Oregon & Wasington, I think I would be pretty depressed living there.

Tonight I'm taking the kids out to Wendy's to eat and then we're going to watch DH's hockey game.
Tomorrow I think we'll take the kids to the park. It's supposed to be a good day for that.
Sunday is going to be great! We have church in the morning and then I'm going to a rubber stamping event. Three hours with no kids doing crafty stuff!! :woo:
My weather will be the same as Dawnie's.

Thanks for the info, Theresa. :) I think we're just going to stay local for a while though since the gas prices are so high. We're trying to conserve plus we just found out today that Jim needs to have surgery on his knee and will be out of work for a week. :(
Theresa
April 28th, 2006, 04:20 PM
Yeah. I wasn't sure if Meriden would be too far for you or not. Sorry to hear about Jim. :( :hug99:

April 28th, 2006, 04:29 PM
Thanks, Theresa. :) He has a minor tear to his medial miniscus. We have no idea how he did it. :dunno: He's been training and running for the Road Race in June and it just started hurting one day so he just assumed he over did it one day.
Normally Meriden wouldn't be too far but we really need to stick to our gas budget. Bummer.

Scott is in Vegas for a bachelor party this weekend, so Jackson and I are on our own...
Tonight I think we'll just stay in, I'm going to make homemade pizza for dinner and I may get a movie On Demand once he goes to bed.
Tomorrow, I'm taking him to swimming lessons in the morning (so not looking forward to strapping on the maternity suit and getting in the pool!), then we have some errands to do. Three of my friends from college are coming up in the afternoon and we are going to do dinner and hang out...maybe take Jackson to the beach to run around if it isn't freezing.
Sunday, my Mom is taking us shopping and out to lunch, then we are going to a cookout Sunday afternoon/evening.
Not a bad weekend afterall...and I don't have to work so that is a big bonus!
Oh and our weather is supposed to be in the low 50s and sunny...
