She only went about a foot, but she actually crawled today. I sat her in the middle of the floor where she couldn't reach anything and she finally just up and crawled to get her Elmo. I picked her up, spun her around, and told her what a big girl she was and how proud of her I was. She seemed excited but had no idea what I was excited about. :lol:

That was largely the PT. As soon as she showed Sarah that her knees bend, she made a huge leap closer to crawling. The PT has been working on teaching her the movements and such. And she told me to keep putting her where she can't reach her toys. Today it just clicked.

She did it again about half an hour ago. I have a feeling I'm going to be run ragged by the end of the week.

She's already a crawling fool! She invented her own game today. She grabs a peek-a-block, throws it, and crawls after it, giggling. It's adorable. She's getting really good at it already and is so fast. It sure will make tomorrow's story time interesting!
