A friend of mine gave birth to a baby boy March 28, 2003. Sadly he passed away April 1, 2003.
I want to acknowlege his birthday in some way but also be respectful that it isn't a joyful time.
I was thinking of sending flowers but am not sure about the type of card to pick out.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I'd send a "thinking of you at this time" kind of card. I'm sure your friend will really appreciate it.

I agree that some kind of thinking of you card will be good. I'm sure she'll appreciate that you remember.

I also think that a "thinking of you" card would be appreciated. I don't even think you need to write much in it...just something along the lines of "You and (insert husband's name here) are in my thoughts"

Or just send a blank card - that's what I have done for my neighbor/friend since her DS died at birth almost 3 yrs ago in July.
