If you haven't see this calculator before...http://parentcenter.babycenter.com/calculators/heightpredictor/?scid=pcbulletin:20060417:0:0:0
I actually want to go check this against my baby book and see if it was true for me. :)

Aidan will be 5'11"
Colin will be 5'7"

April 21st, 2006, 11:21 AM
It says Alexia will be 5'4" at the age of 18. The same height as me. :)
I can't do Angelina yet, as she's not 2 yrs. old yet.

I did it for Steve and it says he'll be 6'1" - same as Ken.
Mellissa

That is really neat! Mackenzie will be 5'4" if it is accurate. :)

I'm not surprised...our 2 peanuts will be the same size.
 They are the same size now I think. Kenzie's last stats were 38" and 29lbs about a month ago. Peanuts.

It says Liam will be 6'4"! That's possible since his dad is 6'2".
I can't do Norah's yet.

I did Jackson's and it said 5'8" but I'm not sure I entered his current height correctly. I'll double check when I'm at home. I can't do Gav because he's not 2 yet, but I bet his answer will be much taller. He's been greater than 95% in height since birth.

It says Matthew will be 6'0. His ped predicted 5'11 when he was younger.
I can't tell for Sara yet since she's only 1 :)

Josh will be 6'3" :woa:
Austin 6'1" DH said I did it wrong LOL:woa:

Austin did the bone age scan at 2 years old that predicts height. Despite his Dad being 6'3, he is predicted to be a MAX of 5'7. Based on this scale...he will be 5'10 tall.
Liam will be 5'9
Lily will be 5'4.
Isabella is too young to do yet.

Ty will be 6'3'', too! :)

It says Emma will be 5'4".

Ali will be 5'2 according to their scale. That is precisely what our pediatrician predicted at her two year appointment. It's kind of crazy since I am 5'8 and Shane is 5'10. Ali has always been right at the 25th percentile for height and weight and is following in my paternal grandmother's footsteps. She was 5'1 and 99 pounds - tiny!

Your daughter will likely be 5 feet, 7 inches tall at age 18.
Michal
April 21st, 2006, 12:16 PM
Claira will be 5'4 and Olivia is too young. Seems like alot of our girls will be 5'4

Jackson will be 5'10"
TtownAnne
April 21st, 2006, 02:12 PM
Caroline will supposedly be 5'4 at 18 years old, which seems low to me, considering that I'm 5'8 and DH is 5'10 and my family is all ridiculously tall! (I'm the shortest one in my immediate family, at 5'8 :woa: )
gulp!
April 21st, 2006, 02:21 PM
Emma will be 5'2", the same as her mommy. Krishan will be 5'7".
Suzi
April 21st, 2006, 03:15 PM
It says Julia will be 5'9" tall. NEVER in a MILLION years would I have guessed I'd have a blonde haired. blue eyed girl...let alone 5'9" tall!!
ETA: considering I am 5'4" and have dark brown/black hair and dark brown eyes
Theresa
April 21st, 2006, 03:32 PM
Ellie will be 5'5" and Ian will be 5'10".
I would have guessed Ellei would be taller. Guess time will tell! :)
Bev
April 21st, 2006, 03:55 PM
Mason will likely be 6 feet, 3 inches at age 18.
This seems quite reasonable. I'm ~ 5'8" and Patrick is 6'2".
Suzi, I have straight brown hair and brown eyes and you can see Mason has blonde, curly hair and blue eyes. Sometimes I wonder if I'm really his mother!

Wow, this is really neat. Too bad Nikita is only 4.5 months, I'd love to know how tall he'll be (pretty tall based on his percentiles now LOL)
Stacy
April 21st, 2006, 04:58 PM
According to them Dylan will be 6'5" at 18. :faint: a whole foot taller than me.
Rick is just around 5'10".
My brothers are over 6 ft.
Susan
April 21st, 2006, 05:19 PM
It says Josiah will be 6'2" and I can't do Nicholas yet.

April 21st, 2006, 07:10 PM
It says Katie will be 5'9", but it also says it doesn't work for kids who are exceptionally tall. And for her age, Katie is exceptionally tall. I honestly think she'll be at least 5'10", possibly taller. But who knows. She could be done growing now, at 3' 8"! (I hope not!)
TtownAnne
April 21st, 2006, 07:32 PM
No kidding, Anne - our pediatrician keeps saying "she might not grow another inch for a year, and that would still be okay!" but it never happens! :dunno:
Jen
April 21st, 2006, 07:44 PM
Kalyssa 5'11''.
I was totally off the charts as a kid. I was in a bad car accident as a child and after the doctors knew I would be ok, they started pulling out the height charts. I am only 5'7" now so I don't think it matters. Everything evened out around 13 years old.

Alex will be 6'0" :) Paul is 5'11", so that's pretty cool that he's predicted to be taller!
Lynn
April 21st, 2006, 08:27 PM
It says Aaron will be 6' 6". I am not at all surprised. He's a tall kid, just like his momma :)
Jayne

So I dug my baby book out. According to this chart (mom only did it up to 2.5) I should be 5'1. I am only 4'11. I dug Tylor's book out. According to his height/weight at 2 and 3 he should be 5'2 but if I do his height and weight now he will be 5'10. Alyssa's chart says 5'2 as well.
Bonnie
April 22nd, 2006, 01:12 AM
Courtney will be 5'... I wonder if she will even get that tall... Caroline will be 5'5", same as me. Tatum isn't old enough yet, but so far, she's taller than the other 2 were at the same age. Somehow, she is off the chart. I find that highly amusing as I am average and Lee is below average.
Bev
April 22nd, 2006, 09:34 AM
I put in my stats at age 4 and my parents and it said I would be 5'8" at age 18, so it was bang on. I was tall at age 4 but then in grade school was short and didn't get tall until grade 12. Mason is 1" taller than I was at the same age. :)
Nicole
April 22nd, 2006, 09:56 AM
It says Abigail will be 5' 8" and Adeline will be 5' 5"
But like both Anne's Abigail is very tall for her age so that may not be accurate, Scott and I were both tall kids and now we're only 5' 6" and 5' 10" so not too tall.
Mandi
April 22nd, 2006, 10:50 AM
It says Micayla will be 5'7"
Melayna will be 5'5"
Brayden's too young to do it.
That'd be believable. Either way, both girls apparently are going to be taller than me.
Melissa
April 22nd, 2006, 02:00 PM
Well, I hope this is right for Katie. It says she should be around 5'7" or so. She is 3'1" right now.

Lindsey will be 5 feet 9 inches tall.
MamaGoofy
April 22nd, 2006, 07:05 PM
6'4" at 18. Seems right. I am 5'9" and Dave is 6'5". He's already really tall for his age. He is as tall as my cousins son who is a year older.
Clare

I certainly hope that this doesn't work for exceptionally tall kids. It says that Emily will be 6ft 10  There's no doubt that she's going to be tall but I don't want her to be freakishly tall!!!
Harry's is more reasonable at 6ft 4. That's how tall Alex is. I have to weigh and measure Sam to do his.
Eleanor
May 29th, 2006, 08:08 AM
It says Rebecca will be 5'5" and Isabelle 5'7. Fairly reasonable I guess.
Clare- it says it doesn't work for exceptionally tall kids! :) (and it definitely wouldn't have worked for me- I was one of the tallest girls in my class through about 6th grade, with very tall parents- 5'10 and 6'1) and I'm only 5'6 (barely)

It says Alex will be 5'11" and I can't do for William yet (but I did it assuming his % stays the same for 2 and he will be 6'4") TALL kids!

I tried it with an exceptionally tall # like a 4 ft 2 year old and it said this.
We ran into a problem while running the calculation. Please make sure you filled in these fields correctly and try again:
Age (Our results show your child would be 8' 2".)\\

It says that Amelia will likely be 5'6". I would LOVE it. I'm only 5'3", and always wished I was taller.
Alexander is too young for this formula.. but it'll be interesting. He's already 34 inches at only 15 months old.. at the very top of the charts.
