Kincaid still can't run...he's been walking full time (as in opposed to just a few steps here and there) since 10 1/2 months old, he can climb pretty well, in fact, he is a monkey, but he can't run...I have no clue if ths is normal or not.

He's walking, that's a big milestone. Austin didn't walk until 2 and that was after over a year of physical therapy. I'd guess the range for normal on running is bigger then that for walking. Could you ask at your 2 year well baby visit?
Isabella's not running yet either, she's 15 almsot 16 mos.
