Man, I am having a lot of problems today

Anyway, Jackson just woke up from his nap and I thought he felt a little warm. I took his temp and it is 103.3! He has no symptoms of being sick except for bright red cheeks, and a clear runny nose (he has had the runny nose pretty much all winter). He has told me at different times today today that his mouth hurts and that his "teeth have a boo boo." He doesn't have his 2 year old molars yet, so I am assuming they are coming in. Do you think 103.3 is too high to just be a fever from teething?

Personally, I don't think that temp is too high for teething, especially molars. The clear runny nose serves as my tip that it's teething.

Poor kiddo, poor mommy!

I think I would give him some Tylenol and in about an hour check him. If it is still that high and the Tylenol is not bringing it down I would get him into see his Pedi. I know that 103.3 is high but for a Toddler it isn't that bad if it can be controlled with Tylenol. Tylor was 11 months with a temp of 105.2 we rushed him to the ER and they gave us Tylenol and 4 hrs later sent us on our way
