Lucky CB thread 7!

I'm here! :) Just got back from the lab. It took me longer to get there and back than it did to actually get the blood draw.

They send the bloodwork to the hospital who will in turn call my doctor. I *should* have the results this afternoon, but I'm not holding my breath

Lynn does the spotting mean anything on your chart since you spotted a few times now ? Does any one know what that might mean ?

JennyB
January 24th, 2006, 02:05 PM
I don't think so. Obviously, where she has marked menses there is a huge temp drop so that was probably implantation. Everything is probably just the little stinker setting up his/her home for the next nine months. (i.e. babies will burrow down into the uterus causing spotting.)

JennyB
January 24th, 2006, 02:06 PM
I wonder how many views this brand new thread will have by the end of the day?

I'm starting a chant: CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL (maybe if i put all this colors that entirely clash with each other, you'll call sooner??)

Girls I waited all day to ask this because I was more forcused on Lynn and trying to forget my problem for awhile but I just found out today that my heart maybe enlarged or have a shadow around it , I had xrays done today . I have to wait for my Dr. to talk to the radiologist because he saw the enlarged heart or a shadow around it and didn't want to lean one way or the other on it until he talked to the Radiologist . Do you think we can keep TTC since this is my week to do so ? My husband asked me today if it was wise to keep trying ? He asked if I asked any questions but who can ask questions after a bomb shell is dropped like that , it took all I had to hold my crying in and as soon as I got to the car I just started crying after my husband was trying to figure out what was going on . I would really like to keep trying until I find out but is it safe for me to do so ? Thanks In Advance Girls!!!

JennyB
January 24th, 2006, 08:32 PM
Tabitha - I would just call your OB in the morning. Here are my two cents....If it isn't a big deal to be pregnant with a condition like that then it is no big deal. However, if it is a condition where pregnancy can aggravate it then you have to think about yourself and being around for your hubby and the two wonderful children you already have.

I hope you get some answers very soon. Please keep us updated as you find out information. :hug1:

I agree with Jenny about pregnancy aggravating (or worse, worsening) the condition. Lots of hugs to you.

:ura1: :ura1: :ura1: CONGRATS LYNN :ura1: :ura1: :ura1:

sooooo annoyed I couldn't get on all day to hear the news but I am here now and so thrilled for you! I think your numbers are great, my numbers at 3 weeks 6 days was only 31 with Aiden so even doubling that every 2 days doesn't get that to your numbers now!!!

So exciting I hope you have a happy healthy pregnancy! September babies are great :awink: (the 27th is my hubbys bday too)

Tabitha: I am so sorry you got this news, how scary for you, but try not to stress (i know easier said than done).. I agree 100% with Jenny, you need to find out if you do have this condition if pregnancy puts pressure on it, you need to be there for the children you do have, so ask your dr before you do anything! :hug99:

Tabitha - :hug99: I am so sorry about the x-ray results. First and foremost I hope it is something that won't affect TTCing. However, if it does affect your health in such a way that TTCing could put you at greater risk, then ITA with the others. It breaks my heart to say this but you have a wonderful husband and 2 great kids who need you. :hug99: I hope and pray you will get good news. :hug99:

Ok Dr's on the board!! I have a question!! I am really getting nervous about all the blood I am losing. This is going to be TMI but I need to know...
Saturday I started only what could be AF. The flow was pretty heavy and I had a lot of clotting. I was going through a super tampon every 1-2 hours. This continued until Tuesday. Then the heavy clotting stopped and now it's just VERY heavy bleeding. Still tampons every 1-2 hours. I have already gone through a box of 40 and am now on my second box. Is this normal? Do I need to be concerned? Most importantly: Am I going to bleed to death?

History: Dec 6 I had HSG. Jan 9th diagnosed with cysts. I was having extreme cramping and pains. Not sure if they ruptured or not. The lady that called me with the results said they did. My OB/GYN said they did not. :dunno:

Please help me figure out what is going on. Should I make another appt to see my OB/GYN or just go to the emergency room? I am really nervous at this point. Today marks 6 days of VERY heavy bleeding!

JennyB
January 26th, 2006, 08:27 AM
If you are bleeding that heavy, I would call the OB office this morning and ask them what you should do.

~Andrea~
January 26th, 2006, 08:30 AM
I'd call your doctor, but many of my periods are like that. Usually though they are provera induced periods and after several months of no AF. 6 days is a long time to be bleeding that heavy!

Nadine
January 26th, 2006, 08:49 AM
That sounds scary! I'd also call your OB at once!

Sandy
January 26th, 2006, 09:38 AM
I agree, I would call your OB this morning. If this is not something that is a "typical" period for you, then I would certainly get it looked into.

Sorry about AF Andrea.

January 26th, 2006, 10:02 AM
I'd call your doctor's office 1st thing today and ask for advice. You're probably ok but it's better to be safe than sorry. If you're feeling light-headed or dizzy, that would be more concerning.

Amanda

Alyson
January 26th, 2006, 11:32 AM
I had something like that happen almost a year ago!!! I was going through a super tampon every 30 min!!!
I went to the ER and the dr told me I was having breakthrough bleeding and that it should stop within a few days.. and it did.. But I'd still go in if I were you, cause that is alot of blood loss! Good luck!

Alyson
January 26th, 2006, 11:35 AM
Ok.. I'm asking a ? for my little sister and no that you'll all probly have a better answer for her! Her periods are extremely REGULAR!!.. and shes one week late. She's taken 4 tests and all have been negative. Is it to early for her to test and get a clear result? She's pretty freaked out!! She's an RN and wants to do a blood test, but won't yet because she doesn't want everyone at her work finding out (this is quite a surprise) if she does happen to be pregnant....and since she works in the hospital.. pretty close to the lab, she's afraid someone will slip and say something.. So.. is it to early for her to get a BFN or what?!?!... Help please!:)

JennyB
January 26th, 2006, 11:39 AM
No, if she is a week late it should show up as a BFP, if it is one. I know that I got my BFP's a couple days before AF was due. That being said, she could still be preggers and it not showing up for some reason. Everyone is so different. Let us know what she finds out.

Lynn
January 26th, 2006, 11:58 AM
I'm thinking the same thing as Jenny. It should show up as a positive. Maybe she just ovulated late?

Melissa - WOW. I'm sorry you're having such heavy bleeding. Blech. I can imagine that it is very annoying!

MamaGoofy
January 26th, 2006, 02:25 PM
Well I just talked to my doctor. He is going to call in something for me to take to stop the bleeding. The bad part...I can not get pregnant this cycle. :bawl: He said my exam came back normal so I don't need to "worry" but he wants me to go ahead and take this pill. I forgot to ask him what it was. :duh: He did tell me that when my next cycle comes it's going to be the "period from hell". That's always comforting. This just sucks so bad. I was really hoping to go for it this month! So I won't be charting or any of that crap. What's the since? :bawl:

Thankyou all for your kind words and advice! I really appreciate it! :hug99:

I have stopped and thought about it a little more. This is a test. To see if I have really changed and have been cleaning out my heart. I was really sad and depressed but after speaking to a wonderful friend I have now found that silver lining. All will be ok. My body will be all clean and ready to make a warm home for my baby. I am at peace with this. March has always been a fertile month for me anyway. ;)

Tabitha: I am so glad that all is good with your heart.

Alyson: I agree if she is pg and a week late she would get a bfp on the test.

Ok...I need some crossed fingers. This morning my temp dropped a bit (still above coverline). This afternoon I went to the bathroom and there was a small amount of brown spotting. After 2 wipes it was gone. I don't usually spot before AF so I am hoping this is implantation spotting and not AF. I don't even remember having implantaion spotting with Emma or the last pregnancy. I have been feeling a few pregnancy symptoms but that may just be my imagination. AF isn't due until Monday and I don't want to POAS early. Even when I hae been pregnant, it always gives me negative results and then I get disappointed so I can't be tempted.

Thanks ladies! I really appreciate your support. Good news. I think it's starting to lighten up. I haven't taken a dose yet and think I am gonna hold off one more day. See if my body can just stop on it's own. I don't remember the name of the medicine that my dr gave me but it's what they give Cancer patients and patients with endometriosis (sp?). Not to mention that the very first sentence said "Use for lack of menstration". I am so confused. I soo don't have LACK of menstration..quite the opposite. I guess readiing that this was for cancer patients just kind of freaked me out. Please  that my body slows down on it's own and I won't have to take that medicine. I would rather waste $9 than take it.

No AF yet. It has taken up to 10 days for my cycle to start after starting the medicine before. Let's see... I started taking it on Friday so I would guess I would see something by the end of the week. Of course Jamie and I are having a date night and Lauren is staying the night at my Moms on Saturday night and AF will probably be here by then. Lauren staying at my Moms happens *maybe* twice a year. Nice timing eh? So I won't be heartbroken if AF doesn't show up until Sunday! ;)

Tabitha, I would just keep temping and hold on. :hug99: I know it's frustrating, but your body's going to do whatever it wants. Keep to your BD schedule, and when your temp goes up and stays up, then you've O'd. Don't think that you probably O'd already and your temps aren't showing it.....you'll be sorely disappointed. Tabitha I think if your temp spikes tomorrow you may have O'd CD18... but obviously have to wait till tomorrow to see, my fingers are crossed you did, if not keep up the BD, I used to have random longer cycles than usual and O after CD20 the body is so unpredictable..

Ok girls I have a question ......... I woke up around 11:30pm last night thinking it was 1:30am so I took my temp and it was 97.77 but when I came out here I realized what time it was so I went back to bed so I just now got up and took my temp again and it is 97.46 so which one do I go with ? 97.77 gives me a 3DPO but 97.46 doesn't give me anything except 21 days . Which one should I go with ? TIA

I gave up this cycle too TTC since I didn't stay with it , been just to tired since we are back on our over time again so we haven't BD'd since last Thursday which was day 14 so I think this month is a bust !!

MrsPeacefrog
February 2nd, 2006, 05:29 AM
I would take the first temp as it, because you need 3 hours of solid sleep to get an accurate temp so the 2nd one will not be right.

:hug99: sorry you have been so tired with shift work and not much action :hug99: I am hoping there were some swimmers still hanging around :awink:

I think I am gonna stop temping this month and just "wing" it. For some reason I keep forgetting to temp so I may as well just play this month and pray for the best! Besides that will more fun anyway! ;)

This is what my chart says !! also I went to bed at 9:30-10 last night and got up at 11:30 so thats not long enough sleep time but I went with the 1st temp anyway .

Thanks girls !!! I still have very much doubt just look at my profile line !! Damn overtime but hopefully it will end soon !

Why do I have a dotted line on my chart?

The dotted lines on your chart for the coverline and ovulation detection mean that there is something about your data that puts your ovulation date in question. Usually this is because one or more of your non-temperature fertility signs do not confirm the ovulation date that your temperature would suggest. This may not mean anything significant for you, especially if your thermal shift is clear. Sometimes your fertility signs just do not all match up to show a perfectly correlated picture. In most cases, the detection is still quite reliable, but it means that you have to keep looking at your chart and your fertility signs and have intercourse if you see any signs of increased fertility.

When the lines are dotted and the thermal shift is not clear or dramatic, it is especially important to keep having intercourse since it is possible that you are still waiting for ovulation. If a more likely ovulation date becomes apparent later, the software will usually adjust the detection automatically.

Tab~ just peeked at you chart. Why are you saying this cycle is out?

Tab
February 3rd, 2006, 03:25 AM
The last time we BD'd was around Day 14 . I O'd supposibly on Day 18 . I asked you girls since I was taking Clairnex if that was drying up my CM because the only time I had CM was Day 14 and 15 but no one ever answered me . I know Deb I think it was her told me way back that I needed the CM to help me get PG in order to carry his spermies something like that . In your opinion do you think I still have a chance ? I just don't see it since what I've explained already. Or maybe I am stupid about this stuff I don't know .

Tab
February 3rd, 2006, 03:31 AM
Even the PG monitor says it's low Cycle Day O-3 O-2 O-1 O O+1 Score http://www.fertilityfriend.com/layouts/ttc/images/led_purple.gif Low

Can you see this up above ? I copied and pasted the PG Montior thing from my FF .

MrsPeacefrog
February 3rd, 2006, 05:34 AM
:hug99: Tabitha... .I think the good sign is that you DID have CM when you last BD'd and the CM just needs to be there for the sperm to get through the cervix, so it would have served its purpose when necessary.... So in saying that sperm can live up to 5 days once inside the uterus and tubes, so therefore all though your chances are probably lower this month there is still enough reason not to totally right it off!

I will be thinking positive for you :hug99: As for taking the Clarenex that does definatley dry things up and it obviously looks like it did, BUT you weren't BDing anyway so it didn't matter :hug99:

My fingers are crossed tightly!

Yes I will keep you all posted !! Thank you Nicki !!! I'm taking a break too . I ordered the "Taking Control of Your Fertility" book tonight online from Barnes & Noble . I will still keep temping I think just to see what is going on and what not . It's just weird how you O one day then get your period in a few days after . I guess thats normal though .

Girlo
February 3rd, 2006, 07:11 PM
Tabitha - you never know. :) If spermies can live up to 5 days, then there was still time and there's still a chance.....it ain't over until it's over!! :hug99:

Well, I officially feel like crap and I'm confused (what's new?) :( I'm nursing a raging sinus infection (for the past week), so it's hard to know what's being sick and what's reproduction-oriented.
I have copius amounts of phlegm-y stuff right now.....and NO it's not coming out of my nose. That either means I'm about to O or I'm about to get AF. :dunno: I've also been having cramps on BOTH sides yesterday...... Man, I HATE not knowing what's going on. :(
I tested on CD27 and got a BFN. I'll test again on 2/14 (CD40) if AF doesn't arrive by then.

Tab
February 3rd, 2006, 07:30 PM
:hug99: Shannon , I hope you get some answers soon :hug99: what does having cramps on both sides mean ?

Girlo
February 3rd, 2006, 11:56 PM
Well.....I got some cramps on the L side, thinking it might be O cramps.....then I started getting them on the R side as well! They're mostly on the L side though.
I also had some mid-cycle spotting on days 14 and 15, so I don't know if that meant anything.....

I had every pg symptom in the book in December, and it all turned out to be nothing. :( So, I'm very reluctant to read too much into whatever might be going on now. Whatever happens will happen, and we'll just go on to the next cycle from there (hopefully not!!). I still hate the waiting.....

Tabitha... I was just lurking and thought you might like this tidbit of info... I ovulated this cycle 4 days AFTER we last BD'ed... there is even speculation that it might have been 5 days. The only thing I did different this cycle - was take low dose aspirin (81mg) each day from the day I was supposed to ovulate (I was taking 100mg of Clomid from Cd 2-9, yes 8 days worth).

February 7th, 2006, 10:29 AM
Okay Tabitha and Alyson....you're next!! How are you feeling? :)

Dori.... :hug99:

Since Andrea is getting AF in 2 days (lucky....), that'll leave me out on the end with NO idea of how long I'll be there. I'm not having any different signs that I have the past couple of months at this time...which isn't encouraging. It's frustrating because I'm trying to pay attention to my body and trust the signs it's giving me......and it's behaving worse than my 2yo. :( I just can't trust it anymore and I've completely given up on interpreting every little thing as a possible pg, because it probably isn't.
I'll know when I'm pg because I'll either get a BFP on a stick....or I'll start :puke:. Until one of those 2 things happens, I'll just anticipate AF and look forward to another chance...... Crap.

~Andrea~
February 7th, 2006, 11:36 AM
:hug99: Dori and Shannon.

I have to CALL in 2 days, then start provera (after bloodwork) and THEN I'll get AF in about a week or so.

Dori
February 7th, 2006, 12:42 PM
I took my last pill last night. I have never gone through all 12 pills and not start my period. :( But I have to give it another week. I have an appt on the 27th for my annual exam so I will just do something about it then. I have NO symptoms whatSOever that AF would be coming. Its like my whole reproductive system is officially closing. Medicine won't even do the trick.

Maybe Lauren is all I will have, maybe Lauren is all I will need, maybe I need to come to terms with all of that.

I know I cannnot keep taking all of these drugs every month. I get more and more depressed, irritated, moody every month. I am tired of feeling this way. When is enough, enough?

MamaGoofy

I guess I could take my temp and see what it is and if it's high then I know that I have O'd. KWIM? I think it happened sometime over the weekend...but as late as yesterday. Who the hell knows. Surely not me. I can see by the chart that today is CD18 so I should have ovulated by now. Ok I am rambling so I am gonna get outta here.

Love. Hope. Prayers. to all!! :hug99:

My cycle is so wierd. 2 months ago I "O'dO om day 21, last month day 19 and now I am day 13 and I got my second +ve OPK in a row and have lots of other signs of "O"ing...I am hoping this means that I am back to 28 day cycles. :dunno:

Sandy
February 7th, 2006, 01:57 PM
UGH. I seriously feel so frustrated for all of you right now.

Dori, I noticed that you and Jenny both have issues w/ having a period on your own. Do you know if your mother had this same issue? How totally frustrating and baffling. I don't know if I know the answer to your question. Certainly seeing you have a healthy child, and know that Jenny was successful in getting pregnant still gives me hope that it can happen for you. But I know it just takes so much effort and is so demanding in so many ways. Many hugs to you.

Shannon, I am hoping that you have the longest cycle ever! (Meaning, that you never get AF) :) I don't know why your cycles are all so long lately. I am hopeful for that :bfp: but not the puking part afterwards! We know that baby is out in the universe somewhere, just waiting to make its arrival!!! Come on baby!!!

Eva, my system was exactly as you are describing yours. I was all out of whack for several months after m/c, but it did eventually return to 28 day cycles. Good luck!

Hopefully this will be the month Melissa!!!

Dori
February 7th, 2006, 02:02 PM
My Mom did not have any fertility issues at all. And her mother had 14 children!!! It is VERY strange that Jenny and I both have issues. It just REALLY makes me nervous because medicine has never not brough on AF in either one of us.

I would be okay without another child. It just breaks my heart that I cannot give a sibling to Lauren.

I am so sorry that things are so down for alot of you at the moment!

Dori: maybe its from your father side? my mother and her mother etc had NO problems having babies, but I had alot of trouble and apparently my dad's sister and brothers kids had a bit of trouble too. I hope that AF comes for you very very soon so you can give it a good go. In the end Lauren will be happy because she is loved by you and your husband, sibling or not. :hug99: but my positive thoughts are sent you way for a sibling!

Tabitha: I am so sorry you are going through all this pain, I am not giving up on this cycle for you till AF fully arrives. TCOYF is a great book and I hope it gives you some of the answers you are looking for

Eva: this is great news, my fingers are crossed this is it for you!

Melissa: I hope the 2WW goes speedy for you and you get what you have been hoping for! I will be back to check your progress!

Shannon: HOW DOWN RIGHT FRUSTRATING FOR YOU! argh, why won't your body co-operate. hang in there

Andrea: I hope that a blood test proves you don't need to take provera :awink:

Noone from my fathers side either.. as far as we can see. My grandmother had 4 children easily and all of her children were fertile and their children have been fertile. The buck stopped and me and Jenny. It is weird. We talk about it all the time. I ask my Mom if she smoked crack when she was prego with us and doensn't want to tell us. :) She adamantly denies the claims.

I'm thinking of taking a month or so off but I am going to still temp and chart only because I want to see the difference between FF and TCOYF charting . I've been told that FF can be so inconclusive so I was going to chart both ways and see what they both say and when I actaully O . Who knows maybe when I'm about to O next I might be in the mood . I always have my ups and downs all the time . Oh yeah we're off our over time too :ura1: . I'm going to get thru TCOYF some and see whats what and see what I have been missing or maybe were still just not hitting the spot right . Just like this month FF says when I had CM which was Day 14 and 15 but put me at Day 18 as O so it says more or less there is some inconclusiveness more less . As in this maybe the possible O day but it's like it is questioning itself .

Hello ladies!! It's been a while since I came in here... Again I got really frustrated and gave things a rest. I still haven't O'd as far as I know... I never did get that thermometer (every time I go to my RX they're out?!? weird ha!? and DH didn't get me one in my stocking for Xmas!) I just kept using the one we have around the house. I'm going to try again this weekend and pick one up and start reading through TCOYF again. Yesterday and today I've had a teeny weeny bit of spotting.. but it's not like AF spotting, so I'll test tonight and see if I'm finally ovulating!..I hope!!! I think I have been super stressed the past month or two, so I'm sure that didn't help. I had an apt with my dr and ended up having to cancel it, because it was one of the days when Brookelyn was really sick last month!...uggh.. Well.. Here's to hoping that things start going well!

Good luck to everyone else to, I'm gonna try and become a regular again!.. and I'll get the info to you Tabitha to start my CD's over..I know all that stuff is probably so off.. and I need to re-new or whatever at FF...

Yeah for AF Dori!!! Better luck this cycle!!!!;)

Ok girls , I have a question , I started to take Smart Burn (have you heard of it) to lose weight ? Do you think if we keep TTC I will be ok to take these or not ? This was another reason why I was going to take a month or 2 off . I'm working out and losing inches but I'm not losing the lbs. :banghead: if anything I've gained a few lbs. :banghead: so thats why I wanted to start taking diet pills to help in that part and still work out . Maybe this will help me get pregnant too by losing weight but my kids aren't getting any younger they are 7 and 10 now soon to be 8 and 11 . I really did not want that much of an age difference in their but what are you gonna do ??? So ANY ADVICE LADIES . I'm still spotting too by the way , it hasn't gone to AF fully yet !! I started spotting last night .

personally, I'd be hesitant to take any kind of diet pills period, but especially while TTC.

Andrea I know it just sucks! My prayer for this year..all of us get our well deserved bfp sooner rather than later!! At least we have this thread to come to for support. I know it helps me feel like I am not all alone out there in a world of fertile women!

Tabitha: I would definitely skip on the diet pills. They can cause to much harm to an unborn baby and could cause birth defects if taken while TTC. I only know because I was asking my dr the same thing about a year ago. The dr told me to just exercise and weigh my foods and watch my portions. Losing weight the healthy way is really the only way to go. If you take diet pills to loose weight 9 times out of 10 when you stop taking them you gain the weight back plus some. I know from experience. IMO theyj just aren't worth it. I hope that helps some.

Blood work drawn, should hear back this afternoon sometime. If it's negative for HCG or progesterone (meaning if I Oed) then I'll get my script for provera. I asked the nurse again today about the Femara and she said I shouldn't need to come in again and he'd just give me a new script for the femara. Hopefully they can call that in, but I may need to go pick it up. :dunno: Hopefully I'll find out this afternoon.

Hey Ladies! Mind if I join you?

Dh and I've been TTC since Jan '05. I'm currently on cd23, 7dpo in my 4th clomid cycle. I'm really praying this one works because it's the very last time I'm doing clomid. The side effects have gotten so bad that I feel like I was insane this time around. I just can't keep doing it to myself or my family.

Luckily I can O on my own, it just an take a LONG time. I am hoping that th 25lbs I've lost will help me do it.

Hi Lisa! :wavey:

Man....someone else who's been TTC for a very long time. :hug99: I need to quit feeling sorry for myself that it's been since May '05 for us!!

I hope this cycle is IT for you and you won't have to worry about it anymore. How are you feeling? Just another week left before you know for sure.....

Welcome Lisa!

Alyson: I would say if you used FMU that it's not an accurate reading. You have to not drink for like 2 hours :blahblah: before the test gives an accurate reading. Try again.

Thanks for the welcome!!

I'm feeling pretty normal. I thought I was having some sore bb's the other day but that seems to be gone.

So, I'm 14 dpo on my bday. Of course, I have yet to have a cycle where I didnt' start spotting by cd 12 so I'm sure I'll know before then. Im actually thinking of testing on Thurs. I dont want to get a BFN on my bday.

Does anyone remember what Scott and his wife used to prolong his wifes cycle days whatever it was ? Wasn't it B6 for something ? Was it to prolong her Luteal length ? Does anyone remember ?

:hug99: I am glad that you have decided to keep going, and glad you have stopped taking the diet pills, I agree with everything Melissa said about that, I know I have already given you the diet that I am on and that really has worked best for me regarding fertility. I have never used a fertility Monitor sorry I can't help with that side of things. As for the B6 yes that is supposed to help with LP, I think Lynn took it too, maybe you can PM her about it. :hug99: good luck honey

Thank you Deb !! Yeah I still have your diet in my inbox in my email . I was going to following it . I'm stocking up on frozen veggies tonight and I already have the meat . I just need to decide what to do for breakfast ? I go to work at 6:30 but we don't eat until 9:30am for our first break which would be kind of hard to have eggs fior breakfast . I will pm Lynn to see where you can get the B6 at then !!

Tabitha, Yay! I am glad you decided to keep TTC. I hope the book helps. I agree, the good old fashioned way is the best way for WL if you are TTC. Sorry I don't know much about FM.

Welcome Lisa!

Andrea~ I hope you are able to get the meds soon. :crossfing

the only one that I know of that is approved is Yoplait French Vanilla No Fat... but I am sure the one that you buy is okay as long as the fat content is low. I am not a huge fan of yoghurt myself so I don't blame you... they have now started making a mix of cereal too but its not store bought the company I am doing my program through sell it there so I have cereal now too, its a mixture of puffed wheat, branflakes, puffed millet, hazelnuts, almonds etc..... I think that in the end portion sizes is really the key and you already work out so I think its a matter of time before you will start to see some results :hug99:

So yogurt can prolong your LP? I didn't know that!

I'm 8dpo today, is it too late to try some B6? I've started spotting by cd 10 each of my clomid cycles.

Tab

Oh Lisa - she was talking to me because I am trying to lose weight and I work out too . We were trying to figure out what else I could eat for breakfast since I can't eat eggs in the morning because I don't have breakfast until 9:30am at work thats why she suggested that . I wish that would prolong my LP though that would be nice .

Another girl who posted in my journal today told me that you should take the B6 starting from O until AF so I don't see what the harm would be to start it now .

Thanks Tabitha, I got a little confused!

Do you need the protein for breakfast? When I'm trying to lose weight I do a lot of Oatmeal. The best (for you) is the plain old non instant with just some sweetener and a little bit of cinnamon and milk.

Tab
February 11th, 2006, 06:29 PM
Ewww thats just gross :dead:  , I always hated eatting plain oatmeal when I was a child at home . I'm eatting Dannon Light 'n Fit yogart for breakfast but thanks for reccommending it though . 0% fat in it , 5 grams of protein , and only 60 calories and 11 carbs .

OK I'm saying AF is OFFICIALLY here :dead: While that is a good thing, it's still odd. I didn't O on clomind but I get my freaking period :banghead: So I'll call the fertility clinic tomorrow and see about the femara. I'm assuming today (Sunday) is CD 1 but I'll see what they say. IMO Friday and Saturday were simply spotting days.

Girlo
February 13th, 2006, 01:40 AM
Wow Andrea!! Did you take the drugs to make AF come, or did she find you all by herself? If it's the latter..... :woo: On to a more successful cycle!!! :)

As for me, I'm still waiting for AF..... :shuffle: I have NO idea how long this cycle is going to be, so I'm just wearing panty liners every day to be prepared. :aok: I did test on CD37....BFN. It could be a true neg.....or it could just be too early. Time will tell.....

Alyson......how are you doing on CD31 already? :)

And Lisa and Jackie already on DPO countdowns.....how are you both doing?
