Set in smells?

We haven't used our cloth dipes in 3 months since Owen had very soft BM due to several courses of antibiotics. I'd like to go back to them but notice they smell of poop. Any suggestions for deep cleaning? I washed them several times back in the fall but don't know what to try now.

Have you tried washing them with 1/2 cup baking soda and then putting 1/2 cup of vineger in the first rinse? If that doesn't work maybe try Calgon?
