Help me choose an outfit for Abby's school pics

I need some help figuring out what outfit to put Abby in for school pics. They are next week so I've got to get a move on. Here's the ones I've tried on her (they were right after her bath so she looks a bit fuzzy headed)

I voted for Whale Watching. It's got simple, clean lines, so the eye will focus on her beautiful face, not on the clothing.

After Whale Watching, my next fave was the Naartjie outfit. :)

I voted for the Puppy Love outfit. Nice and simple. The focus is on her darling face. :) My second choice would be the whale watching outfit.

The pictures actually won't be just from the waist up, they will be full body shots, either sitting or standing.

Lauryn just had her pictures done yesterday and I put her in the CAAB cord jumper dress and a collared top. All the girls were pretty much in the same-type outfit.

The photographer encourages solid colors. No stripes or prints (although I really like that Naartjie dress too- but it's more a Picture People type photo in a plain background)

I think more simple fabrics work better for pictures.

I would pick the WW outfit. The rule of thumb for the best pics is to wear solid colors - patterns detract attention from the subject! :nod:

WW, followed by PL. I prefer the simple fabrics, unless you know you're going to have a stark white background like picture people.

Thanks for all of the opinions guys, WW and the PL were my leaning. Last year's background was hideous!! And they didn't take any time making sure she was posed nicely so I'm going this year. This is what they had last year and they're using the same photographer (who stinks!!)

I like them all, but I think I like naartijie the best. School pictures are usually just head and shoulder shots so I wouldn't worry about tights...if it's cool out put her in them, if not leave them off.

Ok, I just saw your last years photo...I guess it's not a head and shoulder shot...sorry. I think I'd change my mind to the MBF outfit then.
