k..Austin's 4th birthday is on Oct. 22nd. Its a Saturday so I thought about doing a bonfire and kinda doing a family get together too with people we normally don't invite for birthdays. So..I thought about doing Austin's stuff from like 4-6..which would mainly be just inlaws, my parents, great grandparents, bil, sil, kids, and my brother. Then dp the bonfire and inviting other cousins to do a family tradition that we call "shoot the bacon" over the fire.

So....do I send the other guests birthday invites and put no gifts please? do I call and invite them separate? give them the option??

I think I would just invite everyone for everything.

Well I decided to get invites..I got baseball ones so they are neutral LOL..
birthday stuff will be at 4...
Bonfire stuff will be at 7...Those that come at 4 can stay or not...then the handful of family members we see a few times a year won't feel weird at a birthday party for someone they don't see very much LOL!

Sounds fun! I love bonfires!
